Showed up, the guys at the shop were friendly and efficient, they changed my tire in less than 15 mins and were even willing to check out another issue with my car. Scammer.. posted a used tire in good condition for sale (you can read description from the ad). Contacted him and drove to his shop to find a used tire with a patch on the side wall. I don't think it's even legal to sell those. When I told him he should have put that I. The description or showed it in the pictures he said as a customer I need to ask him about that. That he doesn't have to volunteer that information. Then when I told him he wasted my time because I drove 15 miles and that he should know better that the tire is useless since he's a tire shop and does that for a living he told me to get the FUDGE out. If you care about your wheels, do not go to this tire shop. The saying is true, You get what you pay for. I originally contacted Armando (owner) about a specific tire I needed for my car. I figured the price he gave me was pretty good, with mount and 'supposedly' balancing as well. I headed down to get one tire that I had ordered from him. He was decent on the phone, but very lazy and rude in person. He mounted and 'supposedly' balanced the tire onto my wheel in a relatively quick manner, I paid and we parted ways. Once I got home, I immediately noticed a deep scratch on the wheel he mounted the tire on (see picture, circled in red). I gave him a text saying that deep scratch was not there before I brought my car into his shop. He immediately calls me and say "yeah man, my bad, my machine has a hard time with low profile tires like yours, once it gets going, it keeps going and is hard to stop that from happening." I said sure I get it I guess, I think a fair thing to do is discount my next tire from you. He says yeah I can discount like $25 on your next tire from us. Never going to go back to this unprofessional shop I can't even believe this guy knew he scratched my wheel pretty deeply and only acknowledged it once I texted him about it. Now I have to spend $50-100 to repair his mistake he tried hiding. Do not do business with this dishonest shop, pay the little bit extra and go to a legitimate tire shop. Oh, one more thing to add, I said "supposedly" balanced tire, because when I when to another trusted tire shop, they said that regardless of tire machine equipment, the operator should've been paying attention to the tire mounting machine from even letting it get scratched like that. I stopped by the shop, and within about 15 minutes, they found the issue, patched it up, and had me back on the road. The price was exactly what they quoted over the phone. This is my favvvv tire shop I've ever come across! Intentional good service! I've noticed that they're really not just here to make money but all about providing amazing service & that is THE way to keep your customers! They're completely true and honest! They're knowledgeable and so so quick! I always feel happy and safe coming here, especially as a woman, too may fire shops like to take advantage of women. Luckily I know enough to not get scammed but on the other hand my moms been messed with too many times before I finally took her car here today. She was on FaceTime watching and was happy with what she saw. One of her tires was previously patched. Before just going on and replacing the tire the worker checked out the tire & showed us where the issue was & told us it was previously patched terribly & would be too risky to even patch again. In 10 minutes we had a new tire on ready to hit the road! I was here about a week before today. My tire had popped & flown off on the freeway. I called them with 15mins to closing. They happily invited us over and got the job done. That was when I knew they're all about service and not just collecting money! This is my go to place now and I can't recommend this place more! Actually I went to Americans Tire to get nail pulled out because it's a slow leak it was on my bs k tire, so the guy looked it and told me oh we are very busy oh please seems like he didn't want the business other then trying to sell me a new tires my back 2 tires are perfectly fine it has enough threads to last til next year so he said oh your tires are 6 years sorry we won't do it , then told me if you still wants to get the service and told me to where to go thanks to him he loss my business and someone wise gain my business , here I went too they were fast and honest also gave me estimate for new tires for next year I would recommend this business and will be back next year for back two tires . Where do I start? I got a flat tire on my tesla late into the evening. All tire shops were closing and I was stuck. No one was willing to help. I called all surrounding tire shops and they were either closed, unwilling to help, or didn't have my tire. I finally called this shop and spoke with Armando. This man offered to drive to where I was to take a look at my tire, no charge, plus he had just closed up his shop for the day. He arrived quickly and we identified a huge gash on the tire. Unsalvageable. I needed a new tire, so an expensive tow truck it was... so I thought. Armando gave me a call while I was waiting for the tow. He said he called around to other shops and found the tire I needed and would install it for a VERY reasonable price. This man drove to the other shop to pick up the tire before they closed, opened up his shop and installed the tire. I was two hours away from home and Armando saved my trip. Good people still exist. I went to Quinteros because I needed some new wheels on my car. They service was great and fast. As soon as I areived, I got greeted and got asked what the issues where. Once they got the info, they suggested a couple of brands that were in stock. Once I decided which direction I was going to go they took my car and replaced my tires. In total it took about 35-40 mins. Maybe I got lucky and caught them on a sow they. But the way they spoke and took car of my car made it seem that even if it was busy, I would of received the same type of service. Thank you Quinteros! read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I went here for 2 used tires a couple weeks ago. I was quotes over the phone that the tires would be $35 each service that included mounting and balancing. When I arrived at the shop they were about to install the tires without balancing. I was the told that the balancing would be an extra $10 per tire. Whatever. I paid it. They then installed the tires with an electric impact wrench. Well the battery must have been dead. Today when i went to do a brake job I realized that the lug nuts were severely under torqued. Thank God I didn't lose a tire going down the freeway. I called to inform them that they should take better care of their customers and was treated very poorly. read more

After looking around the area this place seemed like a good Affordable option considering they have a 4.6 review rate. Took my car in to get 4 used tires, everything was quick and they seemed very nice. I had A long drive to work after that and noticed heavy shaking after they had mentioned the balancing would be included And the wheels were not secured properly (They used an electric drill). I went back the next morning and tried to let them know what was happening and they rudely turned me Away stating that the balancing was extra and admitted they did NOT do it to my vehicle. Took my car to G & G tires on Anaheim Blvd instead and after inspecting it they told me the way this business had set up my tires was very dangerous and they kindly fixed it for me as well as informed me on the correct way it should have been done. read more

Best tire shop for used tires!!!! I called around for a P195 55 R16 and all six shop I called were out and did not expect to have any that size anytime soon. I finally called Quinteros and they had 3!!!! Not one, not two, but three!!! The owner was super knowledgeable of his stock and extremely helpful. The guy doing the installation was super friendly and helpful, he check the air on all the tire without having to ask.
