Brayan is a true professional…read more He was punctual, communicative, and incredibly skilled. I only had a small window of time to refresh a bathroom for my grandfather (as a surprise while he was in Florida), and Brayan absolutely came through. From start to finish, he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was the quality of his work and the speed at which he completed it. It's rare to find someone who works this efficiently without compromising on craftsmanship. On top of that, his pricing was more than fair. Considering the detail and care he put into everything, it was an incredible value. Brayan is also such a genuinely nice person, which made having him around a pleasure. Then he rescheduled the job 3 times. Finally they show up today to cut down the tree. The guy who showed up was very rude to my wife. Started saying 4 fences needed to come out and he was going to rip them out. Neighbors only allowed 1 fence to be removed per contract. Then complained he would need 2 days to do the job and the boss under bid the job and he isn't going to make any money. The guy that gave me the quote said crew would be there from 8am til 2pm and job will be finished same day. Now the crew is trying to renegotiate price and to only prune tree instead of removing tree. So after 5 or 6 months of waiting, 3 rescheduled appointments and 1 visit from the crew I still have the tree. Most unprofessional experience I ever had.
