Well they came to clean up after that recent storm, which was a disaster for myself, having to deal with a neighbors tree, falling on a loo telephone pole, and snapping it in Half, pulling all the wiring from my home! Then Levesques come to do cleanup, well they took away all branches and blew everything in the street, they then proceed to Blow all the Sawdust and small branches in the street, what do they do with that crap, BLOW IT ON MY LAWN! I went immediately and began to blow it back in the Street! My neighbor even questioned it, like I could give a ! I mean come on, it's not even my tree! And I have to deal with replacing my electrical box to get back electricity ! Obviously They could care less, what a mess ! All they had to do was pick up the crap and do a proper cleanup! NBC. Got an estimate 5 months ago. He said we needed access to neighbors yard. Has to remove neighbor fence. Neighbor signed waiver allowing him to remove fence. Then he rescheduled the job 3 times. Finally they show up today to cut down the tree. The guy who showed up was very rude to my wife. Started saying 4 fences needed to come out and he was going to rip them out. Neighbors only allowed 1 fence to be removed per contract. Then complained he would need 2 days to do the job and the boss under bid the job and he isn't going to make any money. The guy that gave me the quote said crew would be there from 8am til 2pm and job will be finished same day. Now the crew is trying to renegotiate price and to only prune tree instead of removing tree. So after 5 or 6 months of waiting, 3 rescheduled appointments and 1 visit from the crew I still have the tree. Most unprofessional experience I ever had. read more

We just had the crew from Levesque's Tree Services trim up a few large Maple trees in our yard- huge (60+ years old) trees that were dropping limbs and looking quite dangerous. The crew showed up on time, removed the dead and crowded branches, and hauled away enough wood to build a small house. When they were done, they cleaned up the leaves and debris better than a gardener would do. Absolutely phenomenal! Got an estimate for my mom's large tree 9 months ago. finally saved enough to take it down for her and was excited to call to schedule it. Was told someone had to come out again (understandable, it's almost been a yr) waited the allotted 2 hour window for the appt...no show. Called back a day later, and in return get a call from a man throwing F BOMBS because he saw me getting an estimate from another services and said he drove up, saw us and said and I quote "F**K this" and drove away and refused to do the job. If this is how they treat prospective customers, I can only imagine how they treat you once you've signed on the dotted line. They left after doing only half the work they were supposed to. I called them back and they wanted to charge another $150 to finish up. Eventually they agreed to do what was asked for, but it was a real pain having to argue with them. Their position seemed to be that every branch they cut had to be itemized on their slip, or they wouldn't do it. They also seemed to have very poor communication between their work crew, and the boss who gives the estimate. read more

Snow plowing on route 138 in SOMERSET last storm. Angry snow plow driver veering from road and piling snow from snow bank into certain driveways only. Have photos. They have contract with MA DOT. This is not the 1st storm they have done this. Me and wife are elderly with heart problems. Shoveled driveway and next day 3ft snow in driveway. And next day more snow in driveway when no snow on route 138. In emergency we have to have fast access out of driveway. This is not a joke as they must think.
