Dave immediately answered my text with a phone call on a Sunday Morning and his dad, also Dave, came driving in our driveway to inspect the damage without being asked too. Now, that's service. We talked about the tree and said his son would come by in the morning to price out the job. No price discussed, no contract, no agreement to pay, very unexpected to say the least. He was concerned that with rain coming later in the day, we would not be able to get out of the yard in case of an emergency. Got an estimate 5 months ago. He said we needed access to neighbors yard. Has to remove neighbor…read morefence. Neighbor signed waiver allowing him to remove fence. Then he rescheduled the job 3 times. Finally they show up today to cut down the tree. The guy who showed up was very rude to my wife. Started saying 4 fences needed to come out and he was going to rip them out. Neighbors only allowed 1 fence to be removed per contract. Then complained he would need 2 days to do the job and the boss under bid the job and he isn't going to make any money. The guy that gave me the quote said crew would be there from 8am til 2pm and job will be finished same day. Now the crew is trying to renegotiate price and to only prune tree instead of removing tree. So after 5 or 6 months of waiting, 3 rescheduled appointments and 1 visit from the crew I still have the tree. Most unprofessional experience I ever had.
