Hidden gem! My daughter lately has been looking for small ice cream businesses just to give them a try because why not. Although it was just a little drive from us and when you walk in it's SUPER quiet it turned out to be probably some of the best ice cream we've had. We were a bit thrown off by a few things, 1) being the owner and person working is 1 man and the name of the business being Four Sisters. 2) how quiet and not really inviting it is when you walk in but we powered through. 3) you're not going to see the various ice creams displayed like the big ice cream shops and samples are not a thing (but we also didn't really ask, I guess) and when I asked what's popular the owner said all of them. 5) when we finally picked out our ice cream flavors we weren't asked how we wanted them...cone, cup or how many scoops. We thought cups were all they had and a couple walked in after us and they were asked. BUT I'm glad we powered through and just randomly picked a few ice cream flavors and honestly although it was awkward the owner was nice and God loving which is awesome to see and hear. The ice cream was BUSSIN as my kids and grandkids would say and my little granddaughter scarfed most of her strawberry cheesecake down. The blueberry cheesecake was delicious and my daughter devoured her brownie something ice cream! Definitely give this place a try if you're near! Plenty of seats inside and out. Four sisters is a hidden gem in the growing Waller "downtown" area. The owner is the same guy who owned the shack burger resort back in the day and the aesthetic inside and out are reminiscent of that. The ice cream is sooooooooo good compared to the typical ice cream chains everyone is used to. With the food park opening next door this is the perfect spot to get a sweet treat! read more
