They ran out of a drink that I ordered and couldn't edit the order to exclude the drink. Instead they deleted my entire payment. Due to their error, they literally took the food out of my car and still charged me. I had to reach out to their corporate to get a refund of the food they took from my car. read more

Sonic always tastes solid, I love their assortment of entrees. Favorites would probably be the supersonic burrito or the coney. The food came out quickly and there was no complaints with the Sonic that I stopped by at! read more

Overall amazing, our carhop was awesome and super friendly. sour order was out quickly and made exactly how I ordered it!!

I have tried this sonic twice since I work in the general area. First time I got onion rings. They were gummy and tasted like they'd been cooked in old, dirty oil. Second time was today (4/5). Fried were cold, chewy, and gross. Ocean water tasted like they went to where the Mississippi River feeds into the Gulf of Mexico to get it. Also gross. I won't bother to go back again. read more

I'm gonna start by saying the carhop was/IS very nice. However, after 30 minutes of ordering ice cream and it sitting while numerous others got served, we pressed the button to check the hole and up. We got no answer, I flagged the hop down as she delivered the order of someone who pulled in almost 20 minutes after us. We got the ice cream/slushies, and OBVIOUSLY, it was super melted. We're pretty unhappy, but they at least TRIED to make it this time by upsizing the order. read more

I went to sonic today, and I ordered a medium m&m blast and when I got to the window for my order. They handed me my drink and I looked at my order and it wasn't even filled to the top of the cup. And for the amount of money that it is worth it was an insult. And probably will not be going back there for awhile. read more

I had a good experience at this location! Both Mike and Cody were extremely polite and they got my order out quickly. I've had much worse service at the Barker Cypress location so I'm not sure why the rating is so low here. At any rate, I will keep coming back for my Sonic cravings! read more

This is the WORST sonic ever. The employees are DISRESPECTFUL and LAZY, the service is HORRIBLE, and the food/drink quality is utterly disgusting. I doubt this location passes a health inspection. Requesting FRESH FRENCH FRIES but receiving cold old soggy French fries and the shift leader on duty refused to replace them when i called to bring them back! corporate needs to highly consider new management and employees. I wish I got give negative stars.THIS PLACE GAVE ME FOOD POISONING I waited more than 30 minutes for two hot dogs and a 3 pc tender, when they brought my food they forgot my tenders and I had to wait 10 more minutes. Service was super slow and they got our order all wrong. Did not include basic items such as napkins and ketchup in the bag, even though we asked. I also asked for honey mustard for my chicken strips and got no sort of dipping sauce so basically I ate the chicken strips plain (ugh). Our slushes were halfway melted already when we got them. There was only one server basically. Very disappointed honestly. Decided not to complain since they already took 30+ mins to deliver my order and complaining will just waste my time even more. read more

Beyond the WORST SONIC. We ordered from a lady who we found was the assistant manager who could not get our order right. We had to keep repeating it multiple times. When we finished, it was correct on the screen. Of the 12 things we ordered we only got 7. EVERY BURGER WAS WRONG!!!! I went in and finally spoke to the manager. And guess what... they only bring 2 of the four burgers. I bit in to mine and they had poured salt all in it. I can not believe how terrible people are. My guess is the owner of this place will not even try and fix it. Smh read more

Sorriest food ever , I live in Conroe and work in Waller I have tried several times to eat there , it has never been good, they should shut that place down. Pepper the other with tots and a vanilla sweet tea, a kids corn dog with apple slices and a dr pepper a separate kids dr pepper and 2 hot dogs, I got 2 number 4's with tots a dr pepper and a lemon iced tea, kids corn dog with tots and a dr pepper a separate small dr pepper and 2 hot dogs, when I addressed the mix up they were very rude, eyes rolled and they gave me some fries and apple slices and a kids dr pepper didn't get my vanilla sweet tea but whatever, poor order taking skills, poor customer service, I've worked fast food before and it's not that hard.
