I was having loads of trouble with my RV and they were able to get me in ASAP, diagnose all the issues, overnighted parts for me, and were overall very hospitable. I got stuck here for some time because a part didn't come in at no fault of the shop's, and in that time they allowed me to stay and offered to help me with resources I needed while I was stranded. I have a small rental property in Breckenridge CO. It is impossible to get help in urgent situations in a resort town. Mike of Four Seasons RV has helped me deal with a broken water heater, installed a furnace when one failed and other issues I could not find help to address. He and his team have always been responsive and gotten out to do the work on short notice which has been key. Their work has been great. SCAMMERS! Consumers beware!!!! Brought my RV into have some specific issues diagnosed. After several weeks without hearing from them we messaged and they said we need there 45 pt $250 inspection and that would include diagnostics of the issues we brought it in for. When we finally got the inspection results back the diagnosis was the items didn't seem to work. The 45 pt inspection ended up being only 15 pt. So here I am paying $300 ransom to get my RV back with absolutely no answers except they don't work. IF EVERYTHING WORKED I WOULDNT NEED A DIAGNOSIS AND FURTHER MORE WRITING "IT DOESNT WORK" OR "NO POWER" ON A PIECE OF PAPER DOESNT COUNT AS A DIAGNOSIS! As if that wasn't bad enough we now have a broken mirror that they have no interest in fixing. SAVE yourself from being taken advantage of and take it anywhere else. I'm pretty sure the hairdresser in town could do a better job. UPDATE: After finally paying these jerks still tried to not let us leave with our RV. Had two issues. Bed over cab not going all the way up and gas furnace not staying on. Called on Tuesday they came out on Thursday and fixed both issue. Showed up when they said they would and charges were what they said they would be. Could not of had a better experience. Allen the technician seemed to be very qualified and was courteous and quickly addressed both issues. Will definitely use them again if needed. read more

The owner, Mike Natale, seemed like a pretty nice and knowledgeable guy. I was happy with the initial diagnosis of my issue and plan to fix. After that, it all went sideways and got completely unprofessional and very personal. 1. Planned repairs were scheduled after the initial diagnosis and invoice sent but mechanic no-showed and failed to order parts because I had not yet paid the invoice. I am not in the habit of paying for work before it is completed and planned to pay upon completion of the job. They failed to contact me about it or advise me of this policy ahead of time. 2. After rescheduling and agreeing to pay the invoice ahead of time, on the day of rescheduled visit I was told that the hour of labor I paid on top of the diagnosis charge was not for the scheduled repair, but was on top of the service call charge because of an unstated policy of a one hour minimum labor charge on top of the service call. Mike lied and stated that I was advised I could have come to their shop in person to avoid the service call charge, which was not the case. 3. The invoice clearly states that the labor charge was to FIX electrical issues. I was provided with no other estimate, only the implication that the entire job was based on A) a service call to diagnose, B) one hour of labor to fix and C) necessary parts to replace. Seemed pretty straight forward to me. What transpired however was that I was to be on the hook for an additional unknown amount of time billed at $150 hour on the morning of the repairs and that I had only, in fact, paid $225 for diagnosis despite the fact that the vendor's website clearly states $45 for a service call vs $75 and says nothing about a one hour labor minimum on top of a service call. 4. Not only are the stated service call prices out of date, the stated labor rate is $120, not the $150 I was charged. After paying in full for work not yet performed and questioning the rate and associated policies, I was casually told that those stated rates were three years old. Apparently I should be ok with the fact that this business hasn't cared enough to take a few minutes to update their old pricing or accurately state their policies online or even in advance of a service call. 5. I have no problem with paying for the parts or diagnosis charges, despite both being higher than stated, or even the higher labor rate but Mike insisted that work was actually completed subject to unstated policies and charged me $225 for something stated online as costing $45. This is a highly deceptive practice that I brought up and in doing so, was accused myself of somehow being unreasonable and unethical while citing his amazing values, honesty and even daily adherence to The 10 Commandments! 6. The last part is just plain disappointing and personally disgusting. Through no fault of my own, I am now being accused of "stealing" from Mike's family, threatened to be made a "fool of in court" and schooled on Karma. Even my parents were brought into it and I have been told that "people like ME need to get put in my place" and that "Mike was happy to be the one to do it". Well, I certainly won't accept that. After refusing to refund $150 for the hour of labor not provided in an unstated policy, I am simply disputing that with American Express so no big deal there. It's not like it's that much money but as a resident of Summit County, I am truly appalled by the owner of this company and write this review as a warning to others who may seek to do business with him to be careful before proceeding. At this point, I have paid almost $400 for absolutely nothing but a diagnosis, a headache, personal attacks and wasted time. Despite this, and in an effort to be fair, I have agreed not to dispute the diagnosis charge and accept delivery of the parts and will just have to find someone else to assist me with the repair. While traveling from Wisconsin to California my refrigerator died. My travels brought me through Denver and Summit County. I called numerous places in Denver but all were booking about 2-3 months out. So on a lark I checked Summit County and found Mike and Four Seasons. Mike is a really lovely guy with a strong sense of responsibility. Now, like others have said here, it was hard to pin down a schedule and stay on it, but I think that is par for the course and it was certainly better than not having any help at all, which was the case in Denver. Now here's where the story gets amazing. Mike installed a new refrigerator and I got back on the road. The first time I camped with shore power and turned off the gas to the refrigerator to use the electric, I started smelling propane. Now there's a long protracted story about this but let me cut to the amazing end: Mike drove 15 hours overnight from Colorado to California to come fix it!! Seriously, have you EVER had service as dedicated as that? He didn't even hesitate. He didn't take any of the outs I offered him ("that's crazy you don't have to do that!"); he felt it was his responsibility to make sure the job was complete and correct and he drove 985 miles because of it. I was astonished. But I have to say I'm thrilled to have the work done rather than have a repair ahead of me before I can get on the road again. But mainly, I am beyond cheered to find someone with that dedication and sense of responsibility in a world where most people would say you're on your own. I see there are spotty responses here, but for me, Mike was 100% and I plan to return to Summit County next summer specifically so he can upgrade the electric system. We can't say enough GOOD THINGS about Four Seasons owner, Michael and his amazing technician, Milan! We were having issues with our batteries holding a charge and we had just purchased them a year ago in California. Our campground host happened to be having Four Seasons come to look at his trailer the next day and gave us their number. They responded right away and said they'd take a look at our RV situation right after they took care of the host. It's a looooong story as to what our battery issues were, but the important thing is that Michael and Milan took GREAT CARE of us, didn't rush, figured out what had caused the batteries to go bad, took the time to explain everything and even helped us with another issue we were having! Old school service with a smile and good humor. We were temporarily in Boulder. Called LOTS of local places in Boulder and the wait for repair was weeks to months. One of those booked up places said, "try Four Seasons." I called Four Seasons, talked to the lovely woman who understood my issue, said, "I'll order the parts, they should be in tomorrow and you can come in on Thursday." (2 days away) The big caveat: they are 2 1/2 hours away from Boulder, but to me it was worth it if the repair could get done. When I arrived first thing in the morning, I could tell they don't normally do same day repairs which is normal for RVs. Anyway, Mike and I chatted and we worked things out. My only concern was to leave before dark. Mike is an old school pro. From the way he talks to customers and to his staff. He really understands RVs. I was happy to wait all day, in the end I was out of there by noon, tipped the guys a bit extra as a thank you and was a VERY happy customer. Keep in mind: normally you need to leave the RV. Kindness and understanding go a LONG way in what can be a stressful situation. read more

Called and spoke to a very nice young woman asking for their help to repair the hot water heater in our coach. She put me on hold and returned to say tomorrow (9/17) between 2:00pm and 4:00pm would work for them so I rescheduled our day to get hot water. We got back to our coach and a little before 2:00 and I texted them to say we were there and provided addition information where we were located at Tiger run. I assumed that they were familiar with Tiger Run RV Resort since they advertise in the Tiger Run community booklet. 2:00 comes and goes, 3:00 comes and goes and I call about 3:45 to see what the status is, no answer, just a voicemail message to text them or leave a voicemail. Voicemail box full. I was sure hopeful of having a good experience but this company did not return calls, did return a text "see you shortly" to us but finally gave up at 5:00pm. My wife wanted to see if they could reschedule for tomorrow (Saturday 9/18) but I shared we can go with cold showers as I am not waiting on anyone who won't communicate and has already stolen 3 hours of my life. These guys are a joke. Charged me a $200 service fee after being one and a half days late. I cancelled the appointment but he sent the guy a couple of hours after that anyway. Pulled into our campground on Friday afternoon and immediately called him for a AC repair in our RV. His ad states a 24 hr emergency repair quoted "we work you play". He never returned our call so we called on Monday morning before heading to our new destination hoping he could stop by before departing. He told us he never checked his messages from the weekend (some 24 hr emergency service) and that he was booking for Friday.... definitely not the services they advertise. Don't waste your time on this guy hoping to get an emergency fix. Very surprised by the negative reviews as we had outstanding service. Did learn that due to the workload 4 Seasons recently hired an office manager that returns calls and handles billings, which had been done by the owner (Mike) at nights. This could explain the slow return of calls. We had no such problem. We had a very difficult problem - our microwave/convection oven suddenly went dead. After checking it was not a fuse, breaker or the unit itself but a power failure. The Tech (Milam) checked for power all along the entire system - from Inverter (good power), the breaker box (good), he checked including junction boxes behind walls ! It seems the manufacturer used solid copper wiring so that, after years of running the slides in and out, the wire broke. (Should have used woven wire). So, after much effort he located the section of bad wire and replaced it !! This was easy to say but quite difficult as had to be run under the floor by pulling the new wire thru with the old wire. ( While all this was taking place the Tech removed microwave and plugged it into a working outlet so we could cook ). He replaced junction box, etc and installed microwave/convection oven. It works !! My belief is that most places would have given up and referred me to a dealer, costing me a big chunk of my vacation. So, sorry that others had a less than great experience but we are very pleased and impressed with the service from 4 Seasons and will absolutely use them again. Side note: in the past while in Breckenridge we've used Mobile RV service from elsewhere and the Service Call charge alone was so much it made your nose bleed. We found the charges by 4 Seasons RV to be very fair. read more

I asked what the call out fee was and they wouldn't answer that question, and after asking several times after they randomly said we are here, no showed. Had a slide issue while camping at Tiger Run in Breckenridge. Service was recommended by the staff at the RV resort. Called around 1PM on a Friday. Left several more messages on Friday as well as Saturday. It is now Tuesday of the next week and none of my calls have ever been returned. Advertisement says 24 hours a day. My experience was that is not the case. Would not recommend. read more

We improperly winterized our Airstream, parked in a remote location in Chaffee County. Michael made an appointment for about a week out, showed up and fixed it professionally and for a reasonable price. He had an impressively extensive inventory of parts, too, and had to order very little to get us back in shape. read more

My husband and I were in an emergency situation with our travel trailer and caught Michael, Four Seasons owner, just as he was heading out on a previous commitment. Michael stayed and provided his services and tools to make sure we got on our way and left tools in case we got into any more trouble. We had excellent service from Four Seasons. Called one morning after we lost power in RV. We checked our electric connection and breakers and didn't see a problem. Four Seasons Office manager told us they already had an afternoon appt at the park and would stop by our site also. Technician showed up around 1:00 and got right to the problem. We learned of a "reset" we didn't even know was there. Tech was knowledgeable and very polite. He could have easily taken his time and padded the bill and we would have never known. He DIDN'T. Charge was reasonable. They seem to be busy so not everyone will get same day service, but they do try. Would call again. Heads up. They do ask for a charge card when making appt. To cover the service charge should the person decide to not be at their RV for the appt. read more

Had a heater go out during the cold snap in Breckenridge and called 4 Seasons. They responded after an hour and told me they would be out on Friday morning, being Wednesday I agreed. Friday came and went, they called about 5 and asked to come over the next morning. Saturday came and they were out around 10 am. The motor had gone out of one of my heatpumps and would have to order one. A week later they said they were ordering and would be in 3 days. A few days later no word, called and said would ordered. A week later got motor and came out to put it in. Was under warranty but have not gotten the invoice to sign for warranty, been two months. Had them come out again since heatpump was still not warming up, they found some air on the gasket was getting into the heatpump and cooling the system down. temporary fix with tape, still waiting on invoice to pay them. Work done right so give them 3 stars, but see that there is an ad for a bookkeeper for them. They are about all there is in Breckenridge so guess you get what is available? read more
