You may find cheaper dry cleaning somewhere else but you will be paying for what you pay. They definitely should be charging more for the quality of service they provide. I would definitely and highly recommend this dry cleaners.

I brought in my husband's lined trench coat to be cleaned, and to have a hanging button repaired…read more The button had a spacer to allow room for the buttonhole when the coat was closed, which was still there along with the button on the hanging thread. This was my first time using this dry cleaners, after my long-time cleaners closed their business. After paying $55 in cash--no credit cards accepted--the coat was returned with the button stitched back on no better than I could have done myself, and with no spacer like the rest of the buttons still have. It looks dreadful, to be honest, and I won't be bringing anything back to this cleaner again.

I visited intending to become a regular customer and brought three large bags of laundry for wash,…read morefold, and pressing. Unfortunately, the interaction at the counter was disappointing. After I explained what I was looking for, there was very little effort to clarify what services were available or suggest an alternative. If the business doesn't offer pressing, that's absolutely fine, but a simple explanation would have been appreciated. Good customer service is about helping customers understand their options, especially when terminology differs. Instead, I left feeling that my business simply wasn't valued, so I chose to take my laundry elsewhere. Perhaps the quality of the laundry service is excellent, I wasn't able to find out. My review reflects the customer service I experienced at the front counter, which unfortunately did not encourage me to become a customer.

They have very convenient hours and service availability. I brought in a few items for dry cleaning…read moreand alterations, and I was able to be seen in less than 15 minutes. The dry cleaning items had a quick turnaround, just a day or so, while the alterations took about a week (which is also quick). Everyone who assisted me was friendly and attentive. The dry cleaning was competitively priced, but I did feel that the alterations were a bit high. I don't have much to compare with, other than evening gowns, but I was surprised that taking in the waist on a pair of pants was more expensive than those gowns in the past. The payment system was a bit confusing as well. I'll admit, I did not notice the signs inside the establishment that indicated "cash only," so that is my fault, but the electronic invoice that I was sent made it appear as though I could pay with card online. The website also does not have clear indication about payment types accepted. In a day and age when not many people carry cash or have paper checks anymore, this could be a drawback for people utilizing this business.
