Good hotel, nice clean rooms, bar and restaurant available on site. Service was excellent. Morning breakfast that was free and the bar service the evening before was very good. I do recommend and will visit again

Bare light bulbs, stains on the walls and missing pictures from wall. Closet is tiny and interferes with bathroom sliding door

Old and dirty. Carpet smells. Rooms are not suitable for extended stay. I will say, however, the employees are great.

I was in town for a basketball tournament with my daughter and we truly enjoyed our stay. We never drive more than 10 minutes to get where we needed to be. Food, shops, restaurants, entertainment were all very close. The outside looks like an older building but the inside is newly renovated. Out rooms were clean and spacious with a balcony. There's a restaurant and bar inside the hotel if one wouldn't want to leave. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The pool is indoor/outdoor and is awesome, it has a huge terrace facing Socastee River/Creek and the lobby is enormous and has a lot of seating. The rooms are modern and nice, our King bed room had a refrigerator and microwave and you can make coffee in the room, also free coffee in the lobby. The shower is gorgeous, but I think there is too much water pressure because we flooded the floor a few times. (You will need lots of towels) upper floors have balconies with a view is Socastee Creek with boats going by.

Hersh checked us in early with true southern hospitality. We were here for a baseball tournament and it was a great location, great rate, and breakfast was included for these strapping teenage boys. The open concept indoor bar area has games for kids like cornhole chess connect four ... and the outdoor pool is lovely with a view of the river. What a great take

Just had an amazing event held at the Sheraton in the bar area and they went above and beyond for us. We had close to 100 people through and they provided the food and drinks! Everything was great!

Parking Light Continued.

Affordable, clean, and convenient are three words I would use to describe thus 3 star hotels. Rooms come with a refrigerator and microwave.

I will never give this hotel my money or business because of the way they treated a "valued" guest this summer of 21' .

They treat people awful! Save you $ and find some place better even if it's a little bit more because you don't want to stay here

The front desk lady was so nice and super helpful, she even upgraded my room to the riverside view.

We stayed here for 4 nights right before Memorial Day weekend with my husband, our 19-month-old…read moreson, and my sister (who helped with occasional babysitting). We ended up loving it so much that we decided to extend our stay for an extra night. The location was honestly perfect. There was a Walmart nearby, the boardwalk and boardwalk mall were close, and there were plenty of restaurants within a short distance. The beach access was in a great spot, and the entire area felt very clean and safe. The outside pool area was modern, well maintained, and very inviting. The breakfast advertised in the lobby definitely lived up to expectations. Every morning there was a fresh breakfast along with a fun waffle-making station, which we really enjoyed. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming. There was also a restaurant on the main floor with a great atmosphere, and the food was very good. There were only two downsides during our stay. The kids' splash pad -- one of the main reasons we booked this hotel -- was unfortunately out of service the entire time due to needing a new pump. We understood that these things happen. The other issue was that the rugs in the room did not seem very clean. We ended up keeping our shoes on in the room, so it wasn't a huge issue for us personally. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely book this hotel again

The hotel staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay. There was also a gentleman working during breakfast on Sunday morning (I didn't catch his name) who was especially helpful and attentive. He had on a red shirt and long hair. Service like that truly makes a difference. That said, there were a couple of downsides. My oceanfront room had a noticeable wet dog smell, which was disappointing. Also, the $25 per night parking fee feels excessive. I've chosen to stay at this property for quick beach trips over the last 10 years, and unfortunately, the parking situation alone will likely keep me from returning. I also want to note that the hotel is currently under renovations (it is the off-season), so that's something to keep in mind when booking. While I'm not disappointed in the staff at all they were amazing the added costs and room issue were enough to make me reconsider staying here again.

Fantastic stay at the Courtyard Myrtle Beach Oceanfront! I have stayed at many Courtyards before -…read morethey're solid for business stays but usually nothing special. This one was the exception! Right on the beach with amazing ocean front room. We could see the ocean from our bed. Very private, the balconies were shielded from the neighbors and even the pools below could only see us if we were out on the balcony. The views were quite stunning! In addition, the pools were nice plus you have multiple pools to choose from. In the evening, the 2nd floor patio with fire pit was great to hang out and relax. Parking is directly across the street in the parking garage. Very quick and easy to get to. Starbucks across the street as well. Highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

Perfect spot for an overnight stay while in town for a sporting event (track and field)…read more We typically stay in North Myrtle so this was a change for us, staying so close to so much "action". Check in was a breeze. Staff was super friendly. This hotel is located in a great spot...within walking distance to lots of eateries and direct access to the beach. All of the rooms have ocean views. Initially I thought the bed position was weird but I quickly appreciated waking up to views of the beach and ocean. Everything was clean and well appointed in our king room. My only complaint is that the towels were pretty bad and extremely thin, more so than any other hotel I've visited. We went to the bar on the second floor to people watch. It's a cute spot and has access to outdoor seating with a view and fire pits. Our drinks were just "ok"...I've never had ice in a French 75 and my husband's old fashioned was made with crushed ice and not a ball or large cube which was odd. There is ample parking in the deck across the street. Overall, a nice stay!

The pool bar and restaurant were not open on June 1 or June 2 during our stay which I found odd. I thought most things would be open after memorial day. Housekeeping is only ever other day. I know that's routine since post covid days but when you have four people staying at a beach front property it's not enough. There are not enough places to hang wet towels wet bathing suits, beach gear...everything gets messy fast. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and everything just stayed wet. We asked for housekeeping after our second night and they didn't come until a second request. It would have been nice to have clean towels on our third shower of the week. We only had semi wet ones. We ran out of toilet paper twice. We only had half a roll when we got there and they don't leave extra. Valet parking is $25 a night, but that seems typical for the beach. You can request your car via app and it's pretty simple. The location was right on the beach and boardwalk so plenty to do. The kids had a great time. Also be sure to log out of your accounts on the TV. We had all different peoples Netflix, Apple TV, and peacock accounts still signed in. Doesn't look like it automatically signs you out on check out.

Ask them about the best seafood place they recommend , blank stare. Then the rooms: haven't been updated since who knows when. And then the smell of weed. The constant smell of weed. Constant.
