Yes, air conditioner and a window.
    Gayl B.

Clean floor and carpet, I think, although I didn't run around with white socks to know for sure. We were assigned a room on the first floor and in the back. The window was a little low for my comfort, so I put a chair in front of it before trying to sleep. I believe a moth had a dinner of drapes at some past timeframe, but there was a fan and an air conditioner! There was also a small refrigerator, but when I went to place my ice tea in it, there wasn't any cooling (didn't bother to check to see if it was plugged in). The carpet, towels, blanket (eww, threw that off the bed), were all worn well. The bed was comfortable, but I was awake and ready to hit the road again at 4 a.m., at least that was what one of my devices said. I thought close enough to get out of Dodge, or rather Jackpot. It was really 3 a.m. Warning: don't leave Jackpot that early unless you are willing to dodge human-sized rabbits, coyotes, and mice on the southbound road. You get what you pay for, and this hotel delivers a clean place to sleep for the night at a low, low price.

    Small gambling floor.

Don't let the very low room rate scare you. Very comfortable room and friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again.

My initial booking through Expedia was for a queen wheel chair accessible room. Akey noticed this and asked me if it was what I wanted because there would be no bath. He upgraded my room to a king with bath. I am so glad because after traveling all day I wanted to refresh and unwind. The room was very clean. The toilet had a paper fastener to show it had been attended. The floor was clean. The bed was comfortable. The desert gets chilly at night and you can open the window to the rooms for some cool fresh air and not even use the a/c. I am happy here and I would stay here again. The building seems to have good bones. The siding on the exterior looks fairly new and the walls inside are in good shape. UPDATE: it's 11:48pm and I woke up with a start. A car alarm was sounding repeatedly and it was mine. I tried to call the front desk and it went to voicemail. I had to go outside in my pajamas. Simone had been meddling with vehicles because a Ford pickup had flashers going. I rang the front desk bell and a half asleep young woman came out of the office. I was trying ti ask her about car theft and she barely understood what I was saying. She went outside and came in chuckling telling me that didn't happen. Now I won't get back to sleep for my long drive and would most certainly not stay here.

I went to hotels.com looking for a place just like I had the last 3 nights, and this hotel showed up as a option in IDAHO. Once I looked up the address so I could put it in my GPS, it showed NEVADA! I called the hotel right away and was told this was non refundable and basically not their problem. The man said I would have to call the booking company to get this resolved. Hotels.com and this hotel frankly have screwed me out of $65 dollars. I realize that's not a lot of money but I'm not here to hand out money for someone else's mistake. When I go back to Arkansas, I'll have to be extra cautious that the hotel I pick is where I need it to be. That's ridiculous

I thought we were staying at a basic hotel off the hwy with good reviews but I was seriously wrong!…read more The carpet was filthy & had bumps underneath. The a/c was loud & leaked water when it was on. The tiles around the ceiling air vent was clearly needing repair but when I pointed this out to the manager, she claimed she did't know it leaked & just brought me towels for the floor. I asked to be moved to another room & was told there was no other open rooms. Then literally an hour later someone checked into the room next door! It was extremely loud from cars/trucks on hwy all night! I was so grossed out & barely slept but there was nowhere to go at the point we checked in. I tried to find a place but nothing nearby came up. I will NEVER stay there again & warn others to reconsider..... Its one thing to be outdated & simple but it should be clean.

Room is small. But it reminded me of when I was young and traveling cross country and when motel rates were $10 for the night. I remember those days fondly. The great thing about this place, besides fond memories of a time gone by, is it's welcoming. The owners are simply friendly people. Strangely, being noise sensitive, I had the best night's sleep ever with the best dream I've had in a long time.

I found out later why she was telling me the specific hours that I was allowed to buy the wine. I'm from Reno, NV where you can buy alcohol practically anywhere and at any time of day, or night. Unlike Idaho, where they have state liquor stores. Or other limited places with lots of restrictions. Potentially the frustration of trying to find your drink of choice, makes you drink less?! Very comfy bed in a really nice quiet room. Nice pool and hot tub. it was a little weird in the hall outside my room. For some reason the guests across the hall liked to leave their door open whenever they were in it. Luckily you could hear everything that was going on in the room, a family with kids. But still feeling the need to quickly dash into my room before being grabbed from behind from an open door. Great location easy access to everything including Shoshone falls Just 20minutes away.
