I hired Leo to paint my house and two rooms a little less than two years ago. Leo was initially…read morevery responsive and gave me a quote for the outside but lost the info for the inside rooms and ended up coming back to give me a quote for those. His quote for the exterior was about 50-60% less than any other contractor, interior was about the same or a little less. After that point, he told me he would be able to come in about two weeks (or very soon). He ended up not responding to me every time I would reach out and ask about it and it wasn't until about 2-3 months later that he came to do the job. I basically had to chase him to figure out when it would be done which was extremely stressful. When he was ready to do it, he literally told me the day of that he wanted to come and start working, even though I had asked him for a few days notice. He is very bad with communication, unless you get him at a good time for him. His workers did a good job on my house and I was happy with the job, but after a year and 9 months, my house started peeling and bubbling. I am not sure if this is because of the work done or just because of my house. Leo responded to me telling about it initially and said he would come look at it, but then proceeded to ghost me and not respond to any further messages. Basically, he will respond to an initial communication and come right then, but anything after that he will ignore and not follow up on. He is nice in person, and his workers all did a great job, but I am now disappointed. He doesn't stand behind his work and not responding to people you are working for is disrespectful.

I have used R & R Roofing twice in the last 6 years..both experiences have been exceptional. The…read morefirst time we called Richard to fix a section of the house roof which was damaged. Not only did his crew get the job done without mess, they added a ridge vent which the previous roofers were supposed to install but didn't and fixed a leak on the other side of the house at no extra charge. Last month I called Richard again. Squirells had chewed a hole through my garage roof which is separate from the house. Again for a very reasonable price, Richard had the entire roof redone. Not only did the roof get totally redone, his crew again installed a ridge vent, repaired many pieces of the upper molding that was in poor shape, rehung the gutter that was not level and cut away all the tree branches that were anywhere near the garage roof. He called these branches the squirells highway. Again all st no extra charge. It's obvious he takes pride in the job done and always goes the extra mile. I strongly recommend R & R Roofing to anyone that needs roofing done.

Our experience was fantastic from beginning to end! The price was great. It was a big job and was done in one day. I cannot say enough about the crew that came here to work. I would highly recommend Richard and his crew and I promise you if you go with him you will absolutely not be disappointed. I feel as though I can guarantee it.

They tried to see from the inside, but eventually went up to the roof. Twenty minutes work patching some poorly installed flashing = $400. That's $20/minute ! It seemed we were as accommodating and helpful as we could be (fetching a ladder, etc) but they seemed immature and unthankful.

Be very careful of Cedar Valley Exteriors. They promise you a new roof and that they will get your…read moreinsurance to pay for it. But they do not do roofing; they help with insurance claims then they out source the roof job to a different company. Colton and Ernesto of Cedar Valley Exteriors (CVE) came to my property with a company truck and assured me that they are a long standing roofing company. After filing the claim, then they disappeared for several months with intermittent contact just to assure me that the extra time was to find and get the best roofing product for me and my roof. When the estimate was finally completed four months after the claim was opened, and the job should be scheduled, no schedule came; only a request for tens of thousands of dollars as a down payment. I was feeling uncomfortable with this process and the company (CVE) who I learned knows little about roofing and especially about cedar roofs, of which I have. So I canceled. I understand that this was a blow to them so I gave the sales rep, Colton, $750.00 for his time and drone work because I felt that he had been counting on the job. Within days I received an invoice for a $20,000 estimate-cancelation fee from them. I also received texts and phone calls from the other guy Ernesto even though I told him I would keep my communications with Colton. Ernesto kept pinging my phone which I began to see as harassment. Also, I sold Colton a $20 product from my own home business and he said he would Venmo me for it, but he didn't. When I brought that up, he said he's not paying me because I "stiffed" him. No pulled permit, no materials ordered, no work done, no start date, and I gave the kid $750.00 for his time. I apologized a lot too because I felt so bad about canceling but I don't trust their roofing. I do not believe the representatives of CVE are honest or informed and look what happens when you cancel.

Not only was Joe's priced reasonably he was the quickest to respond and gave me options and even found out who had the window I chose. He gave me the option of buying the window myself ( could use my military discount) . Window was installed within days of being quoted. I believe it took longer to locate the window than it did for Joe to have it installed. So all said and done he removed my old 15000 btu thru the wall AC , put in my new window , trimmed it all out, offered to repair a pice of broken siding and took the old AC and disposed of for a fraction of what everyone else was quoting me. We could not be happier with the job and will definitely use Phase Pro again.
