Was very, very rude. She told me. You need an authorization for the work that needed to be done. I'm like ok do you call or I have to call. She like we can't do anything until you get am authorization you can go now and and took the Bib of me and do you can go. Oh my.. im like that's it. Just go she like yes. So what do I suppose to do I have a broken tooth. I have a secondary insurance that she don't even know. She only see tricare. She stated we have to get paid and we are not doing work without payment. First off my INSURANCE COMPANY scheduled this appointment for me. I said how long does an authorization take. She said it takes 3 to 4 weeks to come back. It will take about 4 to 5 days to request it because she is busy. She said I've seen these things and it takes forever to come back. We will call you if it does. Oh my. I have enough money to pay for it my dang pocket. I called the insurance company and nothing was sent to them. I drive right up to my main doctor office and got a referral to another office down the street and they started the work right there. I've been a long time member for over a decade. I even received invisalign paid out of my pocket 5k..I will not come back to this office. As long as that biking lady is there wth her rude self. She escorted me right up out the office, I barely got my coat on.

I normally don't post reviews but this is the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. If…read moreyou choose to go here be very mindful of what you are paying for and if you have to set up payments really pay close attention to how much they are taking. I went for my bi-annual exam which is normally covered by my insurance 100%. They ended up doing a bunch of extra stuff and billed me $254.00, $50 is my deductible I paid that day. Then they showed that I owed $204 and set up a payment plan of $50 a month because I was not prepared to pay such a large balance that day. After insurance processed the claim I really only owed $191.60 total or $141.60 after my deductible was already paid. So I should have only had 2 payments of $50 and then the balance of $41.60 for the 3rd month taken from my account. As of right now they have taken $150 and still have 2 more payments scheduled to take from my bank another $50 then the $4 because they are still trying to collect $254.00 , which it should be $191.60. To me this is stealing. I have insurance for a reason and I expect to get 2 free cleaning a year if additional work needs to be done it needs to be discussed after my cleaning, then I can get a quote discuss with my insurance and do what is necessary at a future date. I feel like I didn't even get my free cleaning because I ended up being charged for it. They made me very uncomfortable with the extra work that was done, and after the cleaning normally you get your teeth polished didn't even happen, so they did not even complete the cleaning as far as I am concerned. I don't think they care about their patients at all just trying to collect as much money from you as they possibly can, then double dipping and being paid by the insurance as well.
