I took 5 wheels for painting and minor repair; they kept the truck for 5 days in their shop. I was…read moreexcited at first to see it in a new look when I picked up the truck, but after a couple of days, I checked the wheels and saw some flaws in the paint; two of them had issues with thin paint in the center wheel lug area. I contacted the shop, and they offered to repair it. They kept my car for another 4 days, and when I went back after, I was told they had to redo all the wheels, and I trusted them that the issue was fixed. Then, I got back home and saw the same issue: thin paint in the same area. I am frustrated and tired of bringing the truck back and forth to this shop. It seems they don't have a staff member with quality control experience to check the wheels if they are done correctly the first time. Now, I am still waiting for them to redo the paint on the same wheel for the third time. If you don't know anything about quality workmanship, you might miss the flaws in their work. For all the trouble I have gone through with this shop, I regret not buying a new set of wheels instead. I don't like giving negative reviews; 3x repairing the same issues is not acceptable. The manager accepted that the failed paint job was their fault. In my opinion, based on my experience, their staff lacks training!

Our reservation was mainly managed through another company (IdeaMerge in the US), but our local renter was Ambassador. Located a bit off Vancouver, in Delta (approx.30 min drive from downtown by car), Jutta and her staff took very good care of us from Day 1 until Drop off (out trip was a 11-days trip around BC +- 2.000km). The RV that they offer for rent are modern RV's (2-3 year old) in very good condition (ours had only 60K km) and the extra services that are highly recommended (BBQ set + all the necessary items needed such as cooking pan, towels, bedding, etc..) as everything was perfect! To be short, very friendly people, Modern RV's, High level services provided by Ambassador - we highly recommend them and would definitely come back there!
