I told the manager I felt as much and he said thank you. we worked really hard on getting things ready for spring. All I can say is you should stop in for all your spring needs you will be happy with the degree of organization.

But, I wouldn't really recommend going to the this particular Dick's location if you are expecting to see a massive sporting goods store - it truly is the smallest Dick's store with the most limited inventory I have ever seen (which may work for this specific smaller town geographic area), so if you are looking for your basic/standard sporting good items they will probably have them here... but if you want something specific/somewhat rare you will need to go to one of the larger Dick's locations.

I ordered my bike and my rack on July 1 and although I do understand that summertime is busy, I was told my E bike and rack should arrive within two weeks. It took three weeks for the delivery and it took another additional week for my bike to get assembled so that I could come pick it up, which was disappointing. Then another major disappointment, my bike rack arrived without all of the parts so I am unable to transport my bike using my bike rack. It is now been an additional four weeks while I'm waiting for this one part to come in and here it is September 4. Bottom line is is I'm not happy with customer service support! The bike rack should've been ordered with the correct parts and the staff did admit that they forgot to order the part that I needed so that I could secure my bike because it has fenders. I can understand forgetting once but now it's been an additional month with a bike rack that I cannot use because the bike cannot be properly secured. Then I was told that they would order it right away and send me the tracking number and have it shipped directly to my house and it's been over two weeks and I still haven't received the tracking number, so I don't know if the part has been ordered yet and it's on its way or not. Even stopping at the shop in personand asking did not net me any answers. Not impressed!

Oh yeah, I got a great deal on boots so, I purchased a new pair of boots. I had been looking at different boots as well. I got a great deal. They're a Great product. Jones V has sadly passed away on the evening of August 18, 2022, as a result of a motorcycle accident. He died doing something he truly enjoyed. Thomas graduated from South Glens Falls in 2006 and continued on to get an Associate's degree from ACC. After graduating from ACC, he worked at Trustco bank in South Glens Falls for a short time until he realized that he had to follow his dreams. Five years ago, he decided he wanted to open his own business and that is when Devocean Watersports was born. He managed to put together a great team of employees that helped him with boat charters and jet-ski tours on Lake George, out of the hotel "Twin Birches." Thomas loved his business and put everything he had into it. His smile and enthusiasm was infectious to everyone he met along his journey in life. He really enjoyed teaching people how to do things that was out of their norm. Thomas also made many friends down in Marathon within the keys were he went every winter, enjoying life to the fullest. He was predeceased by his father Thomas P. Jones IV. Thomas is survived by his mother Denise Jones, his brother Patrick Jones, his grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Robert Bowen and two uncles Christopher and Bob Bowen.
