Great service, very professional and kind. One of the best deep tissue massages I've ever had. 10/10

Went here today and had a terrible massage. One mistake I can already see is that the massage…read moretherapist didn't ask for any intake or if I had any allergies, medical conditions, what is the preference for pressure etc. I choose chair and feet massage then add 1 hour massage on the massage table (no deep tissue I just pointed on the menu the regular massage) When he started to massage me on the chair I immediately told him the pressure is too much. The masseuse wouldn't listen to me. He was very rough and jerky. I did not ask for deep tissue on the menu and I was getting heavy pressure with his fingers digging in my skin hard I couldn't relax at all even on the massage table I was in pain the whole time. At the end of the massage he asked if I wanted hot stones and I said no. He then proceeded to use hot stones anyways. I then told him it was too hot and he said don't worry it will cool down. I also ended up getting a bruise on my arm. This is what it looks like right after the session. Most of the movements were basic compression, lots of forearms (Lomi Lomi), kneading, and acupressure points. There wasn't any Swedish style massage technique far as I can tell and we had language barrier. Maybe I was just unlucky with the massage therapist but I'm not coming back. I am currently reading other reviews and I certainly did not receive the same treatment as others have. My foot never got soaked. I specifically asked for 30min chair and 30min feet massage combo then 1 hour massage on the table after. Never at any point asked for hot stones or deep tissue.

You already know your girl loves a good massage -- and I don't discriminate. From foot reflexology…read moreto bougie $400 sessions and everything in between... I'm here for ALL of it. So of course, a massage was non-negotiable during our weekend escape -- and I'm so glad we made it happen. We tried to walk in Saturday around 2P and they were already fully booked for the day. Considering they're open until 9:30P, that told me everything I needed to know. Good sign. So we booked for the next morning. I've had plenty of Thai massages, but this was my bestie's first, so I had to give her the full rundown: stretching, body contortion, elbows, knees, feet -- the whole experience. No surprises over here. We were in the same room, but our massages were slightly different -- which makes sense because we hold stress in different areas. The therapists clearly adjusted their approach based on what our bodies needed. But trust -- we both got the full treatment: elbows, knees, feet, and all the stretches. The kind where you're basically turned into a pretzel... and somehow love every second of it. One thing that stood out for me -- I received cupping, and my bestie didn't. It wasn't something I specifically asked for, so it was a surprise, but definitely a welcome one. Just something to note -- it may be incorporated into your session. And for anyone unfamiliar, cupping is an old eastern method used to help release tension and improve circulation in areas where the body holds stress. I personally love it. At the end of it all, we both walked out feeling relaxed, stretched out, and reset. Would I come back if I'm in the area again? Absolutely.

My wife and i called for a valentines day massage. They were fully booked but opened early for us!…read moreOffer was $140 for Swedish. We upgraded to deep tissue for $180 1 hour couple massage. In my experience most Asian massage spas charge 1$ per minute approximately, so this place is slightly higher than others places. Reina and Ella massaged us. Reina speaks good English, a first for me in Chinese Spas. She stated i had poor circulation due to kidney issues... crazy because i was born with one kidney. She also described me to the T about my personality traits and habits. She seemed very knowledgeable about healing and massage. Massage was good! She is strong for a tiny girl. She recommended i go to her sister, Amy, for Meridian treatment. I will try it because i have some health issues. My wife love her massage with Ella. We ate breakfast in San Diego. Within two hours of my massage, i felt drugged!! The massage made me very relaxed and sleepy. We made it home and i took a two hour nap!! For people who complain about tipping at massages, they earn a good tip!!! They are not refilling your coffee and carrying a plate of food 30'! 20% is generally not enough. My tip is unusually Between $25-$100 depending on quality and length (1-2 hours ) of massage.
