I had somewhat anticipated that a typical structural engineer, may heedlessly dismiss my concerns. However, to my great relief and benefit, I found Andrew. When I presented Andrew with a whole host of structural dilemmas, there was NO dismissal from him. He went far beyond the call of duty, painstakingly tackling and anaylizing each and every issue! He provided a clear assessment of each item along with his recommendations. For one of the more baffling issues, he came up with a couple out-of-the-box, creative solutions! The feeling was, he cared,...and really wanted to help resolve the issues, no matter how seemingly innocuous. That kind of individual is pretty rare these days, so for this, I could not recommend him any more highly!! You won't go wrong with Andrew!

I have used RPM Corazon as a property manager for over one year. Reading the renter reviews shows…read morehow petty people can be. My tenant who recently posted a negative review caused damage to my condo. When asked about the cause they chose to lie about it. If they had been truthful and offered to help with the repair I would have worked with them. Instead they gave me no choice but to withhold my repair cost from their security deposit. Now to get even for their mistakes they lash out with a negative review. If you are considering doing business with RPM Corazon read between the lines on the negative reviews. The staff are highly competent and honest. It's unfortunate that people use social media to hurt others when they don't take responsibility for their own actions.

Sally was always professional and organized, which helped make the home-buying process much less stressful. She connected us with helpful service providers, and we appreciated her recommendations. There was a lot of paperwork involved, and at times we felt a bit overwhelmed, but Sally was patient and explained everything thoroughly. Thanks to her guidance, we were able to close on our home a week early. Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend Sally to others looking for a knowledgeable and supportive real estate agent.

What impressed me most was how much he listened to us. As first-time home buyers, it took us some time and looking around to figure out what we wanted. John would often listen to our conversations and to our answers to a few well-placed questions, and the result was that we ended up with a house that we were thrilled with very quickly. He has a wealth of experience to draw from, and we certainly benefited from that. To top it all off, he's a lot of fun to be around. Can't recommend him highly enough.
