Nowadays it's a great area to stroll about and eat at some place outdoors. But this is a nice street to walk anytime of the year no matter what, summer is fun, at X-mas the decor is beautiful and festive especially at the very end, near the water. So, grab a drink and walk down these few blocks, do some people watching, it'll raise your spirit!

It was three Abba Zabbas, Four Pop Rock candies, Five Pixy Stix calling, And a visit to Dr. Peartree's to take care of an upcoming cavity. I really enjoy how lively the place is and I had a great time walking around and exploring. My only complaint was that it was extremely hot outside with the summer weather, and there are areas in the mall that are breezy, and then some areas that are extremely hot. But other than that, I like the amount of stores here. Lots of different stores to appeal to different sorts of people. There's plans for future stores to open up. I saw a Michael Kors planning to open up here and also Molly tea! Which is going to bring in a lot of people because of the franchise. This is also connected to a movie theatre which is very exciting!!! Another entertainment venue they have is Sandbox VR. Definitely a good place for families and for friends to hang out. I also see furry friends here on leashes walking around too. I liked looking at Uniqlo, Box Lunch, and Pop Mart at my most recent visit.

This helps out a lot when you have a whole bunch of people not from the area and you, perhaps, just come out of the movies. No one is ready to go home yet and everyone is hungry. The first thing you want is to know where to go. The last thing you want to do is Click 50 different places when you don't know the neighborhood. This could lead to frustration if everybody can't get what they want. Now enter the Downey Gateway Yelp entry. Once you read up on it and look at the pictures, you will realize that this place is pretty loaded with variety. From Burgers to Pizza. From Cajun food to sushi and even hummus. From fish to healthy grilled foods and there is even. Something dedicated to your sweet tooth for dessert (or anytime) - a frozen yogurt shop! Oh and we can't forget the other businesses that are not food related, such as Financial Partners, Adalies, Vanity, Allure & CrossFit. Mexican, sushi, noodles, Korean, breakfast, coffee traders... the list goes on. Each spot has cozy outside mood lighting. This whole strip is popping at all times during the day. I was thankful to see Harbor Mexican Cafe was back in business, a little smaller and a few changes, but still the same great food. Feu Noodle Bar has wonderful food and ambiance, try the Garlic Noodles or a big ol' bowl of Pho! Looking for a new breakfast spot? How about Eggbred, they've got gourmet breakfast burgers!
