I swear by chiropractic neurology, as it focuses on identifying the underlying condition and takes a wholistic approach rather than just treating the symptoms like general chiropractic treatments. My previous chiro/neuro was fantastic and helped me understand the neurological causes for my chronic neck pain, and provided neuro exercises I could do at home when the pain inevitably came back. So since Dr. Waters is one of the only chiro/neuros in the COS area, I had high hopes that my treatment would continue in the same manner. However, during my initial appointment I felt that Dr. Waters approached my condition with a bit of an ego, like he already knew what my problem was, and kind of rushed through my history and almost didn't really consider that I knew my own body and what works and what doesn't. He does not use an activator, which is unfortunate for me as manual manipulation is generally too traumatic and causes more issues than it resolves. But I gave him a try. I've seen him three times, and unfortunately each time the relief only lasted about 30 minutes, and often came back worse than before the adjustment. For folks with issues that are more chiro than neuro and respond well to manual manipulation, he's probably great. Unfortunately, I will be finding a different chiropractor with a more gentle approach. read more

This place is great for getting you in quickly.... think same day! Jessica is always willing to get me in when I'm in pain and dr waters treats the symptoms without planning out multiple visits!! I always leave feeling so much better!! Sometimes I am sore for the rest of the night but the next day! I feel like a new person! Sarah is the massage therapist there and she is also AMAZING!!! I've been in severe pain for weeks, sharp pain from my back thigh, down to my little toe. Been to my GP and urgent care twice along with physical therapy. I was put on muscle relaxers, several different pain meds and NOTHING HELPED. Physical therapy made it worse (if that was possible), I couldn't sleep, stand, sit and didn't feel like eating. It was suggested to me to see Dr. Waters at Fountain Chiropractor and Wellness. Immediately after seeing him I could walk, stand and sit without pain!! I couldn't believe it. Dr. Waters took the time to find the issue and worked on them, unlike some who just pop, pop, pop and show you the door and you leave in pain. I had chronic lower back pain sometimes with severe spasms. I went the conventional route with shots, which numbed the pain site. I was thinking about going back to get more shots when I decided to try the local chiropractor near me. Dr. Waters relieved 90% of my pain on the first visit, and it has been subsiding ever since. I did two more visits, one with their very good massage therapist, Tara. I now feel good enough to the point where I look forward to going to the gym again. I went for my appt 9/16/20 with Dr Jordan Waters. He seemed a bit off but I didn't read the signs. He adjusted me but I felt off and asked if he had corrected my hip issues and he said yes. I left there and within 30 minutes was in unbearable pain and could not walk it hurt so badly. I had to seek medical attention and have had to go elsewhere to try to get the issues he left with me, corrected. read more

Dr. Waters is one of the best chiropractors we've been too. Since we've been going to him my posture is better, my headaches are less frequent, my husband has better mobility, and my father-in-law's back pain is greatly reduced. Dr. Waters is also great at telling you when your symptoms indicate a bigger problem and will not hesitate to tell you to get it checked out. Thanks to him, a lump was discovered on my mother-in-law's thyroid that is now being biopsied. Truly a great doc. We highly recommend him to everyone. This is an amazing place. Dr. Waters is amazing! He is intuitive and seems to be able to pinpoint exactly where the problem is. Does not REQUIRE you to come weekly, it is up to how you feel. There was no pressure from him or staff. I love his receptionist, Jessica, she is very nice and personable. Tara gives amazing massages and I hear she will be doing facials. Dr Waters is absolutely amazing! I have been a chiropractic patient 12 or so years here in the Dallas area, but have not received the excellent correctional chiropractic care, at a very affordable price, from anyone else but Dr Waters. I traveled again (3rd time) to see him and have him, once more, get me to a functional place! I am challenged with cerebral palsy and other health conditions. I arrived at his office not being able to straighten up completely, or walk straight, left leg dragging, neck not moving well, and elimination issues to name a few items that I deal with. I'm walking straighter again without dragging, the left foot. Everything is moving much freer, and my elimination process is much improved! It is great! I also love to interact with Dr Waters - he has an incredible, down to earth, base of knowledge and is so warm and caring. He takes the time to listen to me, and knows exactly where to treat, without me having to say very much! It is very obvious that Dr Waters and Jessica his office assistant (who is so warm, friendly, and very helpful) genuinely care about their patients and want to make sure that we are functioning at our best; thereby offering wonderful affordable functional medicine and functional neurological chiropractic care that makes a BIG difference no matter your age, or any problems or conditions that you deal with!
