Great place for kids of all ages to play. My only complaint in the realm of facilities is the snack bar. Staff are always friendly. Prices are fare. They just need to learn that even sodas have a shelf life. Bought a diet coke last game season and tossed it out. Syrup had separated from the water rendering it nasty. Hoped it was a one time occurrence. Diet Dr. Pepper tonight was cold, wet, and old. Based on the code on this can, it was produced Feb 1st of this year. 13 week shelf life.

Amazing kids play area

Very nice, great shade in some spots! Some of the wood walk ways do need to be hammered down (I almost tripped over) but over all good spot.

It's a giant castle with so many bridges and stairs and little lookout points.

I told her I was in site 15 for 2 days then moving over to site 13 for ten days. She said give me a few minutes I will call the guy in site 13, because she thought he had left early. I had to unload my tow car anyway, so I said great. She called me a few minutes later saying guy had left & I could just park in 13 for the duration. This saved me having to unhook & move RV. THAT IS great customer service!! Now the park. The sites are spacious, deep & wide. Easy to back into. Great areas to walk your dogs. Showers need a little TLC, but I checked all 3 that were open (1 was being repaired). One had a good shower I I took an early shower after setting up. The fields around the park are well maintained. Road getting to park (maintained by city was a little rough). No street sign at turn off, due to construction on road. Price to stay here is fantastic. Close to Dallas area & many other cities. I highly recommend this place.

I wish the money that was put into the park would be used to remodel the entire bathroom and showerfrom scratch and make it modern. It's so unfortunate that the leaders are supposed to upkeep public spaces are abusing the income of taxpayer money to benefit themselves. The gatekeepers nevertheless are very lovely people who greet customers. Therefore photos I have taken of the showers that I think needs to be addressed publicly and hopefully somebody will take action and fix the issue. Plus, there's no heater or fan in the bathroom that works. In the bathroom that doesn't have electricity doesn't have electricity and yet people still pay $14 a night for the entire system.

It's Earth Month and I'm absolutely loving this Dallas April weather! Had an incredible walk this…read moreweek at this Municipal trail in Wylie. We had no idea what to expect but it was a smooth concrete trail with tonssss of trees all around you. It was. So. Green. And the cool breeze could not have been more perfect. The trail has a couple of different options for you to take but overall I think the furthest is still under two miles. There were a couple of bikers and plenty of room to bring a stroller. Dog friendly. Plenty of resting areas and check points. Give it a try! There were all age groups there as well. Very simple trail to bond with your parents and/or your little one. Taking care of your mental health is wealth! Get outside!

I've lived in Wylie for years and never realized this trail was back here. I've driven past the…read moreparking lot several times but didn't realize this trail was as extensive as it is. I've only been through half of the trails and have really enjoyed it. The trail is paved and wide. There's nice little pockets where it goes through trees or next to trees so you get some nice shade on your walk. I'm not sure if there's unpaved trails but from what I can tell, the area right behind the municipal complex does not have unpaved trails because the trees and bushes seem pretty thick. I've seen both bikers and walkers. I think this park is a good size for walking/running but probably a bit small for biking. I say that because on my walk I saw the same bikers multiple times because they're having to do loops because of the size of the trail system.
