Our experience with Primrose School of Aliante was extremely disappointing and, at times, genuinely…read moreconcerning. There is constant teacher turnover, which creates a complete lack of consistency for the kids. Even more concerning, in meetings with the owner, this was openly acknowledged--that they struggle to retain teachers and that the inconsistency negatively impacts the children. Despite that, nothing meaningfully improved. It became clear that this stems from poor leadership and how staff are treated. When teachers are not supported, they leave--and the children are the ones who suffer. They also send children home far more often than what feels reasonable, making it difficult for working parents to rely on them for consistent care. The most serious issue, however, is the lack of accountability and transparency. There were incidents and injuries that were not clearly communicated and, at times, felt misrepresented. That is unacceptable when you are trusting a facility with your child's safety. On top of that, the administration appears to be largely family-run, and it shows in the lack of professionalism and accountability when concerns are raised. For a center that charges premium prices and markets itself as high-quality childcare, this experience fell far short. I would strongly caution other parents to look closely and ask hard questions before enrolling.

The school's director Robina called me within the hour and answered our multiple questions then invited us to tour the property. Pricing is available for full day, five days a week from as early as 7:00AM - as late as 6:00PM. Half days as early as 7:00AM to pick up before noon. They also have 3 days a week and 2 days a week options. We toured this school today. This location just opened August 12. It's incredibly clean and smelled like someone was cooking in the kitchen - just like home! Alyssa was very thorough with our tour. We asked a number of questions and were delighted with each answer. Safety, security and engagement of the children is our primary concern and we are very satisfied with the information we were given. Photos included entrance and 1 year old classroom. Larger playground pictured is for older children. There is a separate playground available for toddler children (forgot to include). When considering a daycare, childcare or preschool, I highly encourage you to consider this Primrose School.

He's always talking about his teachers, his friends, water days, and all the fun stuff they do. The teachers we've gotten to know over the years are so kind and really seem to care about the kids. It's not just a place to drop your kid off...it feels like family. The front office staff is always super friendly and helpful, and they make you feel welcome every time you walk in. One of the things I've always appreciated the most is how seriously they take safety. They have a camera system to monitor the classrooms, and it's clear that they stay on top of everything. It gives me peace of mind knowing my child is in good hands. Watch Me Grow has been part of our lives for almost 10 years now, and we're so grateful for the love and care they've shown our kids. I work as a teacher and have also been trained to prepare daily meals for the children in the kitchen -- a role I've grown to love just as much. Every day, I get to care for and teach children ranging from six weeks old to school age, and I genuinely adore each one of them. The environment here is safe, nurturing, and structured -- both for the children and the staff. I take great pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly. The leadership team, especially our Director and Assistant Director, are outstanding. I have so much respect for both of them. They lead with kindness, professionalism, and a deep commitment to the children and staff. My own granddaughter attended Watch Me Grow for several years, and she absolutely loved coming each day -- especially because her grandma was one of the teachers! That personal experience only deepened my appreciation for the loving and high-quality care provided here. I wholeheartedly recommend Watch Me Grow to any family looking for a safe, joyful, and engaging place for their child to grow and thrive. And for those looking for a meaningful place to work -- this is it!

Early intervention is highly important for help with children with special needs so they can succeed later in life. This school is not up to the task to discovering those needs and assisting your child. Right now 1 out of 56 children are autistic. That's not counting any of the other children with additional needs. My daughter did not want to integrate with the preschool classroom. They thought it was purely a behavioral problem. We did everything they asked. She was "super smart" (their words) so they wanted to keep her, but she couldn't handle being with the group. Though she was still listening/learning from afar (again their words) They tried to physically force her resulting in major meltdowns. They ended up kicking her out. They made me feel like a failure of a parent and my child wasn't exactly excited to experience school again after that. With the assistance of CCSD and her doctor she was diagnosed with high functioning autism. She's doing great in a general education classroom and still super smart. My point is pick a school that will help your child no matter what the circumstances. This school isn't going to do that.

Whether it has to do with education or healthcare (both of which were significantly better in Orange County). I enrolled my child at Shenker after talking to all the parents I would meet at the park in my neighborhood who would sing the school's praises. I am happy to say, Shenker lived up to my expectations. My child does not speak English as his primary language, and I was worried about how that would affect him. Also if I might add, I would get unsolicited comments from other educators concerning my refusal to speak English to my child at home. I am an educator ( I have a Masters in education and another Masters in school counseling) and I knew he would pick up English just as I did. Upon meeting with Dr. Sharon, he agreed with my approach concerning my son learning two languages, and put me at ease. My son has greatly improved academically and socially at Shenker. He is so happy to go to school, and everyone in the front office knows his name, as they do with ALL the students that attend their school. Dr. Sharon has truly been a joy to work with, and I see how much he cares for his staff and for his students at school. He knows every student's name and he works with every family to accommodate their needs. I honestly believe this school's success comes from the top down. I want to thank Shenker and Dr. Sharon for giving me peace of mind in the most important aspect of my life; my child's safety and education. Yours truly, Samvel's mom.

We've been with Creme De La Creme for 2 years now (from the Ann rd facility to the Farm rd…read morefacility) and have nothing but positive things to say about this place. My son started around 2.5 years old and is now 4.5 years old. This school has been such a positive influence on his learning and development. We've had Miss Carla as the director for these 2 years and she's so caring and nurturing and you can really tell what a positive influence she has on both the school staff and the children. The staff helped potty train my son all the way to writing his name, reading, doing math, and they put extra effort into meeting his needs and ensuring he has the support he needs. The staff ALWAYS report any incidents no matter how small, and I have never felt like there's been an issue that I didn't know about. And any time we did run into issues (which were not often), his teachers and Miss Carla always prioritized an effective resolution in a timely manner. I have ALWAYS felt like my son is safe and in caring hands at this school. They have an app that I use to communicate with the teachers, they always keep me updated on my sons activities, nutrition, etc. My husband has been deployed multiple times which has been hard on my son, but the staff here always have been empathetic and understanding and supportive of my son during those hard times. Miss Carla treats all the children with unconditional love, and I'm very thankful for the positive influence she's had on our lives. She set the bar so high, I know when we move it's going to be really hard to find another school that will meet our expectations thanks to the high standard that she's set. My son LOVES school, he absolutely loves all of his teachers and all of the activities they provide for them. I HIGHLY recommend this school.
