I had to cancel on a same day appointment for a legit reason, and they charged full payment hours before the appointment was scheduled. Its like they're giddy to make a free buck. After I paid for a different session both me and my partner were still contacted multiple times about payment. It seems like there's a complete absence of any system of billing, tracking payment, etc. Similar to another reviewer, we paid $180, with a hard stop at 45 minutes. We stopped going, mostly due to the odd vibe of the place when it came to money. I understand it's a business, but maybe go about it in a way that feels like clients' well-being is also a goal. She said with an attitude "You have "this" and youll have it for life. I know just by watching you. I've been doing this for a long time, I know what I'm talking about". I tried to tell her that "I have to be evaluated and your client in order for you to diagnose me", but she denied everything I said. Unfortunately, I didn't magically know to record this moment on my phone, so I don't have proof, and that's the worst part. I want people to know what she's done behind closed doors though. There is more to what happened with the experience, but this is what she did wrong. She's the old fashioned type that will never own up or admit to anything. She has never apologized for anything. Meanwhile, I always did all of these things. But what she said crossed the line. I would've made the audio recording public, if I would've somehow known to be prepared for something like that. She's not who she appears to be. She judges others constantly and thinks she can categorize anybody and that she thinks she's correct about it. She should lose her license.
