We actually enjoy coming in for our sessions with Sam, even my husband! She has given us some hope that we can stay together!

She said with an attitude "You have "this" and youll have it for life. I know just by watching you. I've been doing this for a long time, I know what I'm talking about". I tried to tell her that "I have to be evaluated and your client in order for you to diagnose me", but she denied everything I said. Unfortunately, I didn't magically know to record this moment on my phone, so I don't have proof, and that's the worst part. I want people to know what she's done behind closed doors though. There is more to what happened with the experience, but this is what she did wrong. She's the old fashioned type that will never own up or admit to anything. She has never apologized for anything. Meanwhile, I always did all of these things. But what she said crossed the line. I would've made the audio recording public, if I would've somehow known to be prepared for something like that. She's not who she appears to be. She judges others constantly and thinks she can categorize anybody and that she thinks she's correct about it. She should lose her license.

So, of 2021 I've been trying to get services from Summit stone. This year, 2022 in January I had an…read moreintake with a man. He told me the list to wait was 150 people. He offered me to sign up for group therapy/classes which I said could interest me but I'd need to know more. He signed me up with one of these groups unbeknownst to me. Because of this, while I had thought I was waiting to get services. I never showed up. So I was taken off the list to see a therapist entirely. In order to reapply, I'd need to attend punishment classes for not attending the class I had been signed up for. I spoke to some people at the front desk of summit stone about this and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I'd have to speak to an intake team to reapply for services. This was in March. I called to have another intake. And in April got a call to for something that wasn't an intake but a visual voicemail where I'd meet with someone for a times and work on a singular goal. Which as someone who has extreme trauma, it's not only not what I was looking for but entirely different than what appointment I thought I was going to receive. It is April now, and I am not signed up to see a regular counselor to help me. In February I was feeling suicidal. This is something I had relayed to Summitstone. That my issues are pressing and that I'd like to see someone. If I had gotten help in 2021 as I tried, I truly believe my mind wouldn't have degraded to that point. I made several calls to the crisis center earlier this year. The first time I spoke to someone named Jessica and she was very helpful. The second time I spoke to a woman named Jackie, who when I told her of me being upset and suicidal told me a story of how her niece was assaulted in college with a beer bottle and how she has it worse than me. Basically, she wasn't helpful when I was calling when I was in a serious time of need. Overall my experience with Summitstone has been horrid.
