After I paid for a different session both me and my partner were still contacted multiple times about payment. It seems like there's a complete absence of any system of billing, tracking payment, etc. Similar to another reviewer, we paid $180, with a hard stop at 45 minutes. We stopped going, mostly due to the odd vibe of the place when it came to money. I understand it's a business, but maybe go about it in a way that feels like clients' well-being is also a goal. I emailed Lifestance on April 28th of this year trying to find out why they're attempting to scam me. But they did not reply. It seems that all they care about is taking my money (even though I already paid and provided full insurance). Over 1 year later, Lifestance is STILL trying to scam me for this money.
