However, there were a few problems: There is one area at the outer edge of the house the manufacturer specifically marked that there should be a support piling in that area. The piling was there, but was about 2" short. I had to add blocks to where it's actually supporting the house. Approx. 2 weeks later the floor is squeaking in an area that wasn't before. They did not replace the skirting they'd removed while working. I spent over 4 hours replacing the skirting. I tried to contact them, no response.

Some brickwork is cracked around suspended arches and cornerstone decorative pieces (e.g. above garage doors) but obviously has been for decades. I specifically called Cornerstone because I wanted a serious contractor who does actual poured footings, not that stacked cylinder mess that could actually crack your foundation worse as they use your house for the jack leverage. Dave was on time, courteous and (given that our appointment was in the middle of the Viral Apocalypse) understanding that I was working from home instead of 'off' for the day of our appointment. We spoke for a bit, he outlined everything well and asked pertinent questions about my reasons for calling, then got down to work inspecting...and recommended no work be done at this time. I offered to pay a service charge but he said that wasn't necessary. We did follow up on the phone briefly (I was busy when he was finished) and I am strongly considering coming back to them for some drainage improvements here and there as precautionary measures. I waited a few years to see how bad it would get and it did get worst. This is the third time I have called them and they again tell me my foundation is doing what it is supposed to do. This last time I called they charged me $75 to come out with their machine and tell me the foundation is doing what it is supposed to do. They told me to water the foundation which I have a sprinkler system and I purchased several of those soakers and we have had a lot of rain. I'm unable to lock several of my doors which I don't feel safe, if it wasn't for the storm doors my wife and I would be fair game for the thieves. I will include some photos so you can judge for yourselves. I like giving good reviews because I'm a business owner myself and like a person to give me a chance to make it right.

This project was projected to take 30 days, and it has been GROSSLY mismanaged, 18 MONTHS later and we have barely begun lift work on a handful of the buildings. hundreds of people have been displaced, this company even demanded more money, engineer quit mid project. It has been a nightmare. BOB Snyder even attempted to put a lien on a building, the audacity and LOST. Liars and thieves.

(Personally I don't care to speak to Answering Services) To me answering services don't care for giving "customer service." And frankly I was uncomfortable in that my message would not be passed on. At that point I called Cathy that I've spoken to numerous times over the years and she has always been very friendly, polite and helpful. (I believe the numbers I have for her are her cell or home number) I felt confident my message would be passed on for my remolding project. To this day May 19th I have not received a call to schedule an appointment. It's great companies are busy and their business is good for them but a courtesy call would have been nice. I have used ASP numerous times over the last 10 years for our pool repairs. I'm gathering customer loyalty is not important in these times. Unfortunately I have had to start a new relationship.

He texts back to say that he is in a meeting and will follow up...except he doesn't. I text later for an ETA and get no response. I then call the office to follow up on what the issue might be. I tell the lady who answers that he is supposed to be in a meeting with other techs. She seems completely surprised by this and apologizes for his lack of communication. She assures me she will have someone out today. She then calls me back to tell me that she can't get anyone out today. It's very concerning that we can't even get anyone out to assess our pool. What would it be like with repairs? !
