Well, it is NOT. I went to turn off the fuse labeled 'Dryer'. And I got shocked when attempting to reconnect the wire which was hanging out of the dryer outlet. Meaning the breaker box/ panel is NOT labeled correctly. This is very concerning seeing how someone can get seriously injured. And this company couldn't take the time to test any of the breakers. 2) The kitchen sink is messing caulk and clips. That is not on the inspection. Which means they didnt brothered to look. 3) Hot and Cold water lines under the kitchen sink were not connected to the correct inlet. Which means they didn't brother to look at all. This makes me question everything else they 'checked'. They do horrible work and its messed up that we had to pay them to do faulty work. And of course how is the customer suppose to know this when we rely on them to do the job? Due to this company's slip shod job me, my husband or anyone else who performed work on this place could have been seriously injured because this company cannot and did perform and lied on the report. What a worse of money. But this company will continue to stay in business because buyers wont know how horrible or good of a job they perform until its to late.

In addition to being very knowledgeable about homes, Dave was perfectly willing to answer my never ending stream of questions about what we found. Whenever we did find a problem, Dave made sure that I knew the severity of the problem and how quickly it needed to get fixed. In a few cases, we couldn't fully pin down a problem in a non-invasive manner. Dave was very upfront about the limits of his inspection. He also gave me his best guess at the extent of the problem, his reasoning, and what further work would need to be done to pin down the problem (i.e. getting a sewer inspection). When he came over, he had the right equipment to quickly resolve my moisture concerns. After that, he spent the rest of the time going over every little concern I've ever had about my home since we bought it 10 years ago.
