We went over everything that was to be done and verified all the locations around the house. Edwin and Taylor the other team members got to work right away. I've had crawl space repair done, appx 1 month ago by DM CRAWLSPACE, on day of completion I asked…read morethe lead worker for photos of completed work which he said it would come from the manager although the worker had it on his phone while at my home. Never got photos, then appx 1 week later I asked for photos from manager and also asked for copy of permits pulled, still have seen neither, then I got a text stating inspector would be showing up the following day. The inspector came and said he could not sign off on the work because DM did not send him before and after so he can't tell what he is inspecting and he left telling me he would contact DM and needed to do nothing, that has to be appx 2-3 weeks and DM will not answer phone #704-830-7450 or emails
