Dr. Onofrey is at first an incredible eyelid surgeon but also her warmth super friendly manor makes you feel comfortable even when you are about o have your eyelid operated on. She also takes the time to walk you through everything that is going to happen in a way that a non-doctor type, like myself, can understand. One of the many amazing examples of how she is a great doctor is I was leaving for a trip and my stye was getting bigger and I did not want to go out of town with this big thing on my eyelid. I called her early afternoon two days before my trip and she got me in that day to take care of it. I highly recommend her.

At 1109, I asked the person at the front desk what the hold up was. He said the doctor is seeing other patients. I said our appt was 10:10. He said it's normal to have to wait at a doctor's office. Keep in mind my mom still had to see another tech before seeing the doctor. I asked why do they schedule the appointments so close together? Another person said because they go to lunch at 12. Huh? No apologies for the delay. If they approached us and said there was a delay and apologized for the delay, we may have had a different attitude. But they did not. They only got defensive. One person muttered something under her breath as she walked away, which was rude. I asked her what she said. She said "I'm not going to stand here and argue". We were not arguing.
