Yes yes and 100 times yes…read more I've worn glasses for 20 years and this is hands down the very best exam I've experienced. Talk about being thorough. I spoke to Melanie, Optometric Assistant, who helped me schedule the appointment and found the time that worked best. The exam itself was as thorough as I've ever experienced. Specifically because the prescription was obtained for function AND comfort. As anyone who wears glasses knows, having one and not the other doesn't help. Doctor Zeigler knocked this out of the park and I am exceedingly grateful.

I came in and the staff took my information and had me sit and wait for my exam. It was a very short wait and I was brought back to the see the doctor. I have been wearing glasses since I was 12 years old, so I've had a lot of eye exams. Never mind how many. This one was probably the most thorough I have ever had. Dr. Holifield really did an incredible job of checking out my vision and my eyes in general. He also recommended some eye drops for me, and his staff managed to get a prescription that was normally over $800 for free. Great job! I picked out my new glasses (you can see them in the photo), and while they are not the exact frames I wanted, they'll do. It was a bit pricey, but I have vision insurance so that covered part of it. When I got home I had a notice in the mail that my employer had changed to a new vision insurance carrier. I immediately called the office to apologize and give them the new information, only to find that they had already found it and had billed the correct insurance. That is truly excellent customer service. They told me it would take up to two weeks for the new glasses, which was fine, but it turns out, they were ready in six days. I picked them up and I'm wearing them right now. And I can see, so I guess the visit was a success. And I have a new eye doctor.

There was a wait time of 2 hrs just to pick up the glasses that were ready.
