They made sure to send me a proof before the event, and it looked great! I worked with Stefan, who is the absolute sweetest. He was very personable and kind, and got everything set up very quickly. He made sure the guests knew how it worked, and then he went off-site during the event and told me to give him a ring if anything happened - we did have a slight problem, and I called him to let him know. He was back within 5 minutes and got the booth back up and running (it was something super minor). Another extra mile from Stefan - I TOTALLY forgot the photobooth backdrop and instantly panicked because the venue wasn't exactly set up for a nice background for photos. Luckily for me, Stefan was prepared. He had two backdrops in his van and let me choose, and didn't charge me anything extra for my mistake. I really appreciated him saving the day like that!
