I recently hired FunShots Booth for an event and absolutely loved them! The booking process was easy, and getting the graphic on the photostrips and sent over to them was easy as well. They made sure to send me a proof before the event, and it looked great! I worked with Stefan, who is the absolute sweetest. He was very personable and kind, and got everything set up very quickly. He made sure the guests knew how it worked, and then he went off-site during the event and told me to give him a ring if anything happened - we did have a slight problem, and I called him to let him know. He was back within 5 minutes and got the booth back up and running (it was something super minor). Another extra mile from Stefan - I TOTALLY forgot the photobooth backdrop and instantly panicked because the venue wasn't exactly set up for a nice background for photos. Luckily for me, Stefan was prepared. He had two backdrops in his van and let me choose, and didn't charge me anything extra for my mistake. I really appreciated him saving the day like that! We used these guys for a couple of events. While they were great, they are expensive. The first time we used them, the price was expensive, then a year later I got another quote and it was even more expensive. I asked why the price was so high and they said they had made advancements in the props etc. to make the engagement a higher quality experience and when they showed up, they had exactly the same props as before. I had them at my wedding and they were great! Before the wedding, they were very quick to respond to my emails and they let you customize your print layouts. There were sifferent backdrops to choose. During the wedding, there were plenty of props. The attendant was friendly and helpful, always reminding people to stand on the line for the best pictures. They choose after your picture how many prints so everyone in the group can get a copy. Also all the pictures get uploaded onto their server and the link to them are on the bottom of the prints so you know where to find them. The pictures are such good quality. You'd never expect that type of quality from a photobooth. The quality is if there was a person taking the pictures with dslr. I'm very satisfied because the quality was the reason I chose them to begin with. They're on par on price with other photobooths in Seattle, but the quality is way better than the other places. I had a hard time with the website, would prefer to talk to a person for services like this in the future. The website was difficult to use (for me, anyway) because I didn't know exactly what I was looking at. Either way, I figured it out through emails back and forth. We just had the WORST experience with this company! They came to RTC for Halloween and we waited for over 20 mins for a picture. Right when we got to the front of the line, they told us they were done with pictures! (In my opinion they could have signaled the last customer in advance so we don't wait, but whatever). So we get out of line and the he does not bother to tell the rest of the line that they are done so everyone is now very confused and I have to tell people that the booth is closed. Then, as we are leaving - THEY ACCEPT ANOTHER CUSTOMER! So I go back and say, hey we were the next in line, if you're taking more customers it should be us. The guy just turns his back on us and pretends we don't exist. Hey, I get you have to cut off the line somewhere so you don't take pictures all day, but don't take more customers after you already turn away the people that waited. And at least turn and face a person when they talk to you. *update: we got in line close to 630, way before the posted end time. Also there were 25-30 people still in line after 7, because the attendant failed to notify the whole line that it was closing. I even told the guy he should let people know so they can stop standing in a line, but of course he didn't. It was not so chaotic that he didn't know additional people were getting pictures either. I watched a mother holding a toddler talk to him and get in line where we were. So it was not some mass confusion around him letting more people go. read more
