I was so excited to see a photobooth at DECA WRLC on Friday, November 18th. There were so many props to choose from that it took me a while to choose, but my friend and I settled on the emojis. Definitely the photobooth with the best props out there. Even though the DECA event was packed, there was no line for the photobooth, thanks to its efficiency and speed. The photobooth took three pictures total. They were printed extremely quickly, which I appreciated. And there were two copies for the three pictures, which was perfect for my friend and I! We thought for sure we were going to have to split the pictures up, so we were so happy when we could each have a copy. The quality of the pictures was SPOT-ON. Really good lighting, and honestly, made us look very photogenic. :) I would recommend Digiphotobooth to any event/celebration/party! read more

We had a great experience with Luis at Digiphotobooth. We had him set up during our dinner in the other room in order to maximize our time, and he set up without a hitch. He was ready to go after dinner. Everyone had a great time with all the props and unlimited photos - definitely recommend this add on. Love the fact that a full 4x6 print came out, and all the guests in the picture got a copy. Then, I love that he sends the next day a zip file of all the photos so we could upload on facebook. You do have the option to order additional pictures through snap fish if you want. Our guests said that it was the topping of the cake that made the wedding even more special. We had lots of fun with the photo booth and will definitely remember the night just a little bit more because of it. Thanks for creating some special memories. read more

WOW!!!!! How much fun. I actually shopped around for a photobooth for sometime. I think all in all i looked at 10 different companies in wa. I made the absolutely best choice. Not only is the product itself amazing but luis is fun and very very easy to work with. My Guests had so much fun playing around with the photobooth props. Every time i passed by there were people waiting in line. On facebook people have many of the photos of them with props. The actual setup of the photobooth looks very cool and not scary at all. In fact it looks rather inviting. The backdrop options are endless. I wanted something in particular and he was able to make it look cooler than i had planned. He arrived early and stayed late. I will use him for future events without a second thought. just one of the those vendors you hold on to. read more

We hired Luis for the 2nd time for our Holiday party for our entire company (approx 100 ppl) . The 1st time was such a success that we called him back. We have used a few different companies but his has been the best this far. They bring in props/costumes for us to use and the photo quality is superb. You get to control the clicker and take the photos on your own while being able to see them on the screen. You then get to point out which ones you want prints of and they're printed there for you within seconds (in addition to having them online for free within 48 hours). I'm a little sketched out by the bad reviews and would HIGHLY recommend him. read more

We hired Luis for our wedding, and the photobooth was the hit of the party. Going into the event, I assumed that the kids would monopolize the photobooth, and that we would need to encourage our more "mature" guests to get their photo taken. This was not the case: the photobooth had incredible appeal across all ages and it was busy the entire evening! In looking for a photobooth service, I specifically wanted a service that would print 4x6 prints onsite: we purchased picture frames for our party favors, and I wanted guests to have a fun, unique way to remember the event. An upside to the "open" format of the booth is that it accommodates a variety of group sizes in the photo: it is fun to see the different parts of the guest list co-mingle in the images. The best part is that we now have so many fun photos of all of our guests having a great time. I'm planning on putting all of the photos into a book for both ourselves and my parents. I found Luis to be very professional and responsive. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. read more

Their set up is streamline and simple, they produce a high quality product, and the staff is fun and likable. I can't recommend them enough. So the owner (Luis) of the photo booth company that we used for our wedding turned out to be a pretty big jerk. After the onsite photographer would not print out pictures for our wedding guests unless he was tipped, the owner reluctantly agreed to reimburse us if we printed out pictures (we prepaid for unlimited photos). However, in order to get the refund, he asked us to sign a document stating if we write any negative comments, we would be fined $1000. Totally ridiculous. We had no intention of writing a negative review, but we questioned the document regardless. The email thread escalated and it turns out he was also posting on his PUBLIC Facebook account about us. The whole thread was disrespectful, unprofessional, and idiotic. He has erased the thread entirely, but I saved the picture and posted it below. The point of a review site is to get the perspective of former clients. On top of that, social media topics by their nature are meant to be shared with friends or in this case, wedding guests. My experience and the experiences of several of my wedding guests with DigiPhotoBooth were terrible. My biggest issue is that he called my wife a "mega bitch" on his public Facebook account and tried to have us sign an illegitimate document to prevent any negative reviews online, which is incredibly ironic now. In my book, that is horribly unprofessional and detestable behavior. I am entitled to my opinion and Yelp is built for community reviews. I really don't even understand his strategy to resolve this situation. Luis mentions that "you can't please everyone, but that doesn't mean we are not gonna try". I saw no effort on his part. All I was looking for was an apology or some effort to retract his rude comments, but instead he insisted that he was awesome and I was stalking. His settings were set to public, until he realized his mistake and erased the thread. For someone that wants to protect his online image, he has a weird way of showing it. Prospective buyers will obviously make their own assessments, but my review and the reviews of my wedding guests are legitimate. read more

My wife to be wanted a photo booth at our wedding and I was skeptical. Found these guys to be affordable and professional, so I somewhat reluctantly went along with her. Boy was she right!!!! This was truly one of the highlights of the reception. The props turned even the most jaded guest into a 6 year old kid having fun, not that we had any "jaded guests". We used Luis & Digiphotobooth for our holiday party and it was a huge hit! Being able to control when the picture was taken was great (since you have the remote to take the picture) and the props he brought were great in having people break down and go from taking "nice" pics to absolutely goofy. Our pics were amazing. Also, getting the unlimited print outs at the party was great as people could take them home with them and getting a zip file with all the files is a huge bonus. I would caution that if you're considering other digital photobooths to see if they give you the files - my friend had one at a party the night before and that company forces you to order the prints from them instead of giving you the digital files of the images (and it was $3.95 for a 4x6). read more

Digiphotobooth was great. My wife and I were stressed because we came across so many different photobooths but none of them had exactly what we were looking for until we came across Digiphotobooth. From being a large photobooth to accommodate a big group to printouts for EVERYONE in the photo (yes, if there were 20 people in the picture, every single person would get their own printout of the picture). On top of that, Luis was great to work with as well. He made sure that we wanted everything we were looking for so he kept communicating with us with what we requested. We decided to try Digiphotobooth at our wedding, and we're SO glad that we did. Everyone loved it! Luis was there, and was super nice and super helpful. The setup was fantastic and involved a big backdrop, amazing props, a screen so guests could see their picture as they got setup, a remote so that the guests could trigger the picture when they were ready, and a big screen so guests could see their pictures after they were done. The printed pictures came out fast, and the quality was great. Luis sent us a zip of all of the pictures within 24 hours. Overall, Digiphotobooth greatly exceeded our expectations. We hired digiphotobooth for our wedding (10/2013) and we're ultimately left feeling disappointed. PROS: -They were extremely responsive during our booking and were prompt in answering calls/ emails -They delievered us our photoscrap book after we forgot to pick it up at the end of the night -They price matched competitors CONS: -They positioned the prop table in front of the left side of the frame of the photo so in half our photos the entire left side of the photo was a white screen while guests were crammed into the right side -The viewing monitor went out at somepoint in the night and no one bothered to fix it (if they had fixed it, it may have corrected the above issue) -We had range some tall (6'4"~) guests, and before I hired Digiphotobooth I explicitly asked if they could position their cameras in a manner that tall guests would not have to duck down to be in the photo and I was told they could accomodate this request. This was extremely important to me and I think initially they started out the camera positioned this way. However, at some point in the evening one of their staff positioned the camera to accomodate some of the children (20 of our 180 guests) at our event so for the rest of the night all the adults (160 of our 180 guests) were ducking down and literally on their knees to fit in the picture which is exactly what I said I did not want -There just seemed to be a lack of concern for the photo quality when they were onsite. I would think a quality/ experienced photographer would be montioring the photo quality and would have noticed how off centered photos were and how awkward it was for literally 88% of the guests to fit into the pictures OVERALL: This was the only vendor at our wedding I would not recommend. I was really looking forward to the photobooth still feel disappointed about it :( read more

Wonderful! Luis showed up way in advance to set up (since we were having the reception and ceremony in the same place), was very professional and incredibly nice. We had our wedding at Melrose Market Studios and just used the brick walls as the background. Everyone had SO much fun with the photobooth, I don't think it was empty once during the whole three hours! We also had all the photos the next day! Digiphotobooth was easily the biggest hit at our wedding! There was never a moment when people weren't taking photos with the wide range of props Luis made available. The signs were fun and not cheesy, and guests LOVED the costumes (think horse head, unicorn headband, large bear paws). The pictures print right away and are a larger size so you could put them in a frame. The quality was also impressive. Luis had our photobooth photos up online the very next day after our wedding. I was first introduced to Digiphotobooth when I accompanied my son and grand daughter to the Google Kirkland Halloween party. I was so impressed with the quality of their photos!! So when we decided to have a birthday party for my husband's 70th birthday with a 70's Disco Theme and costumes, I just wanted to have them there. This photo booth was a big hit and the guests really enjoyed all the great quality photos! There were wonderful props available and a great crew! The roving photographer was also very good! We originally hired Luis for a wedding back in July and we used him again this past March for an event and we could not be happier! Luis does a wonderful job with the photo booth. Leading up the event Luis is prompt in his email responses. He is very flexible with timing and set up. On the day of the event, he is perfect! The images are some of the highest quality prints I have seen. He will send out a link to the online gallery only a couple of days after your event.
