The customer service was great (courtesy call, pickup, and the call to alert me that the amount of dog hair warranted an additional fee which I happily paid--dog hair is HARD to get out and they did an amazing job). However, my husband's car seemed to be beyond hope until Salem Auto Salon was able to help. The rug got soaked and developed a horrible odor, and since his car is older, they don't make a replacement rug for it. We'd have to get a custom rug or endure the stench. But Salem Auto Salon removed the rug, replaced the padding, cleaned and ionized the rug, and replaced the original rug. There was mold, but there is no issue now. Great job, Salem Auto Salon!
