I'd say the bar is the smaller of the three aspects of the location. It's fun to look at the various sorts of clothing offered at the location, they bring in some interesting designers so the selection is pretty varied. The bar also offers a couple leather couches to relax on which are comfortable and nice way to relax from all the walking that is common around Wynwood. I wasn't able to stay too long, but one last thing I noticed was a DJ spin table on the bar, so I'd imagine this place has the potential to get really fun at night once they are more established.

While searching for a team to transform my interior of my Maserati, I visited/interviewed many shops in Florida. The honest ones refused to submit a quote. By their own admission, the job I needed done was detailed and they did not feel "qualified" or "up to" the task. To be completely honest, some did not even know how to spell Maserati GranTurismo. I really thought I was at a dead end until I happened to find Bahamas Upholstery & Marine Canvas' website. When I was viewing their photo gallery, I was surprised to see photos of Maseratis. With nothing to lose, I gave them a call. Within minutes of speaking to William (the owner), I knew his company was going to do the job. He mentioned items about my car that only a seasoned craftsman with extensive Maserati knowledge would know. Since I lived 4 hours away from the shop, I sent him photos of my interior. Within a day he followed up with a phone call to iron out some details. He provided a realistic quote and a sincere commitment to my 100% satisfaction. Early the next week, I drove my car to his shop in Miami. While driving, I was concerned that once he saw the car, the price would increase. That was not the case. The transformation should have taken at least 8 weeks. William's entire team worked on the car day, night and weekends. The process lasted four weeks (one week sooner than originally quoted) William was in constant communication. Every few days I would get updated videos and phone calls. I would get text messages and videos as late as 10PM. It was truly a collaborative effort. It was a give and take of ideas with several important elements; my complete and total satisfaction and happiness. So today I picked up my GranTurismo and it was a jaw dropping moment. My Maserati has NEVER looked so great!!! I am sincerely indebted to William and his team who worked on my car at Bahamas Upholstery & Marine Canvas. Their attention to detail was amazing. My car looks better than when it rolled off the assembly in Modena Italy. The team at Bahamas Upholstery & Marine Canvas are true artists and perfectionists. You can select from numerous letter-sizes or send a message with your measurements. Since everything is handmade, adjustments can be made to fit each size. If I remeember correctly, I think the piece I bought was marketed as a top/dress but I wore it as a beach cover up. I loved the lime green colour and the light material. Although the lime green was the primary colour, the other colours toned it down so it was not overly dramatic. It was perfect for a windy day on a boat. On the website, prices are clearly marked and depending on how much you spend, free shipping is offered. Along with the dress pictured, I also ordered a comfie ankara print romper, which I gifted to my sister. She loved it. Deborah makes one of a kind pieces that can complement any body, for any occasion. She can also turn your visions into an incredible outfit. I got on Yelp and searched for someone else and came across Deborah's business page. Even though she didn't have any reviews, the pictures on her page caught my attention. From the moment I called to yesterday when I picked up my pants, she has always been pleasant and attentive. She is a true professional and expert seamstress as sometimes she simply eyed what needed to be done and it was a perfect fit during the fitting. If you do not know what you want made, her shop has some pre-made African attire. While that is her specialty, that is not all that does. I have seen some pictures where she has designed and made prom dresses. She is the real deal!!! I will certainly be back. I am already scouting new material to get something made for my son and I. SN: I am leaving this review for the person like me who may be looking for a seamstress, comes across her page and would like to know their experience. In a nutshell, YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY!!!
