They replaced it with a thicker heel and the red on the soles of the heel don't even line up correctly and can tell the gap. In addition, the soles are ruined from the hack job of replacing the heel. He was talking over us and literally cut us off mid-sentence. Maybe we didn't look like we had enough money to be in this area? Maybe we still had garlic on our breath from Mi Cocina? Maybe if I would've dropped our "titles" we would've gotten at least eye-contact? Maybe we should've flashed the BMW key chain? I don't know... All I know is it was shocking...
