A previous Texarkana resident, now living in Little Rock for less than a year. When in Texarkana, I used Forza for a couple major repairs on my 2008 Mini Cooper S since there isn't a Mini dealership close by. I was really happy with the service I received, although I spent more than I would've liked to. In December 2013, I had a valve oil gasket replaced at Forza and in September 2014, a Little Rock mini dealership said that I had oil leaking from the gasket after they went through their multi-point inspection. So, with the gasket being under warranty with Forza, I went in and had the part replaced Sept 2014 since Forza said it was a faulty part. No big deal, BUT I didn't walk away with a receipt even after asking Forza if they had one for me to keep for my records. Forza also claimed to not do the work when they didn't go through the trouble of checking their Sept. 2014 inventory of the part replacement. I didn't just take in my car for kicks and giggles. Come April 2015 when I go to the LR Mini dealership to run maintenance before I sell the car to a friend, oil is still leaking from gasket. I call Forza since there's still warranty on the part with their service. Being in little rock, I can't make it to Forza to get my car repaired unless I take off work because they are only open 8-5 M-F. Standard, I understand. Well, Forza was unwilling to work with me on time after hours to get this $300 Mini part replaced that they have already replaced twice. So, I ask if the part is still under warranty, surely Mini can work with the manufacturer to help replace the part that's under warranty, even though it's after market part (when it should be a mini part). Well, Forza did the labor, so that won't work. Fuming and unsatisfied, I ask the service manager at the Little Rock Mini dealership if he wouldn't mind calling Forza to see if anything could be worked out or negotiated. Nothing. In fact, the owner at Forza was so, so rude to the service manager. Forza is a family business... shouldn't there be better customer service? Living two hours away isn't easy to get a repair made during the work week and it's work and a part that's under warranty. Mini of Little Rock, understanding of my frustration, gives me a discount for the part and labor I have to spend to repair the vehicle and they gave me a courtesy car to drive for the day. If you drive a Mini and live in the Texarkana area, I recommend just taking your car into the closest dealership... it's worth the excellent customer service and proper repair that's guaranteed and actually warranted. No longer a Forza customer. Thank you for nothing. read more
