    Arrival time - 11:55am Leave time - 3:10pm…read more I am not one to write reviews but over 3 hours for an oil change - tire rotation/balance is unacceptable. After 2 hours of waiting the service rep asked me where my spline key for my lug nuts were, meaning they hadn't even taken the tires off yet. I glanced in the shop and confirmed through the technician that they hadn't changed the oil yet either. I asked the tech how the tires are balancing and he informed me that he "left them where they were because the ones on the back needed more weight", meaning if I hadn't walked to the back and double checked, my tires wouldn't have been rotated at all. I take rotating my tires serious due to the price of tires I run, keeping the tread and wear even. I spoke with the representative who informed me that they got another guy to start changing the oil (2:30pm). My beard brush that was on the middle console was tossed on the ground between door and seat on passenger side, and I had to put up my jack equipment that was pulled out in search of the lug nut attachment. The service representative was nice and helpful but overall the experience was unacceptable. Curious what else they half assed.

It is particularly concerning given the substantial financial investment I have made in the vehicle, which, in my assessment, far exceeds its market value. Such a premium cost naturally cultivates an expectation of exceptional customer support and comprehensive fulfillment of all agreed-upon terms. A recent incident particularly exemplifies this pattern of unmet promises. I was assured a final complimentary oil change as part of my agreement. Upon attempting to redeem this service, I was informed that too much time had elapsed, and consequently, the offer would not be honored. It is important to clarify that due to my remote work arrangements, my vehicle usage is minimal, meaning a routine oil change was not required until recently. Had there been clear, proactive communication detailing a specific timeframe or expiry for this promised service, I would have ensured its completion within that window. The absence of such critical information led directly to this unfortunate denial. This situation reflects a broader pattern where it appears necessary to escalate issues or formally complain to receive the expected service. This is an unsustainable and frustrating dynamic. My consistent dedication to timely payments should be reciprocated with unwavering commitment to your obligations. Given the severity and persistence of these concerns, I have also formally registered my experience with the Better Business Bureau. I sincerely hope for a comprehensive review of my account and a definitive resolution to these ongoing service discrepancies.

    I bought a vehicle from them in March of 2025 and since then, I have had problems, and of course…read morenot to mess up my credit I have been continuously paying for a vehicle from opinion wasn't a good investment from the beginning I understand it's about commission and money with these companies but they don't look at the fact people lives are at risk when they don't inspect these vehicles before selling them. Especially these older model vehicles so since I have had it 6 months they said there is nothing they can do which Jeremy the mechanic was willing but I would have to talk to the sale manager Maria,,, I knew when I called her she wasn't going to do it because she is the same one who told me if she had a crystal ball to be able to tell everyone what's wrong with the vehicle she would,,,, so she told me NO!!!!! so I got to spend more money on a broke down vehicle that could have KILLED me and my son this Saturday 9/27/2025 and pay to get to work and give them their car payment all at the same time... Now I had did a review before saying i would not recommendthem and they ask me to take it down.... So I don't recommend this place still because some of the staff don't have good customer service as well no matter what they supposed to respect and greet every customer that comes thru that door and no matter what.... And if you never heard of this car lot it's owned by Gregg Orr and people are saying instead of fixing these vehicles they put them on these less popular lots and jack up the price on them and I looked at the value of my vehicle and I am paying way more than it's worth and they are supposed to be a place build credit.... So I don't recommend this place... yes they got reviews from people ,,,the last good one was 2024 only one this year in May 17 2025
