The temporary spare didn't allow more than about 70-ish miles on it per trip, so we found the nearest big city (Texarkana) and nearest Discount Tire, which was handily on the highway! They knew we had to get on our way due to the note I left plus chatting with us, and were mindful of our timeframe and got us out in 30 minutes! (Pro Tip: MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, no matter what.) I can't say enough about using Discount Tire for your tire needs: they specialize in this and know what they're doing! We had bought the "certificates" on these tires last time, not really knowing it would be used, but drove away paying only $49 to certify the new tire (saving over $200) with the other nail repair, inspection, mounting and balancing for free.
