On the rare visit to North Michigan as a kid, we would stop and satisfy my dad's meat and cheese fix. While much has changed, much has stayed the same. They still make great cheese and still feature the down home atmosphere they've had from the beginning. The service here is second to none. I admit i stop here for the pizza loafs and the jerky. My cousin orders hams, bacon, etc. at very reasonable prices. My wife is here for the 120 month Colby. Pro Tip: Excellent smoked salmon spread and pepperoni cheese. 08/24
