They have a great selection including a larger than average offering of refrigerated coffee. The clerks have always been not just friendly but personable as well. Wow, one of the nicer fuel stations I've seen. You walk inside, and you see a modern, sleek, and…read moreinviting design. Lots of soda, snacks, frozen goods, a full coffee bar (with my personal favorite - extra-caffeinated coffee), and even a "beer cave" for those who drink. I've had great service both times that I've been here so far. Not only that, but this station opened with not just your usual 2, but 4 E85 pumps. Best E85 price around Bay City too! Right off I-75, and a short jog from both downtown Bay City as well as Saginaw.

The gas station itself is not the problem. It is with the customer services from their associates…read more It varies from excellent to being quite rude depending on who is working at the time. We experienced a bad situation when I was fueling my wife's car. Since we wanted some snacks for our long drive I went inside to pay for the fuel. My wife pulled up. When she did, the clerk ran out of the store accusing my wife of trying to drive off without paying for the fuel. When the clerk realized her mistake she still refused to apologize. Quite frankly, if they're that paranoid of having people stealing fuel, they should make it so guests have to prepay or pay at the pump. The inside of the store is clean and they have excellent baked goods from Cops Doughnuts in Clare. However, when they closed down the A & W and replaced it with Subway I was disappointed. The staff that work at Subway too can be quite rude unlike the friendly staff that worked A & W. There is another area of improvement that they should make. The entrance drives and the parking lot are quite rough. In a nutshell, if they improved their customer service I would have given a much better review. They have a long ways to go to improving guest service.

Valet service for vehicle Maint -…read more Scheduled a week in advance for a 9am pickup. Called at 10am to say they were running behind. Called at 1pm to say they should be there in 25 minutes, arrived at 315pm. I tried to use them as I have a lease before there. The valet helps as I have a Garber Ford, 1-mile from the house. I will use Garber and just drop off moving forward. I have alternatives that are more convenient. I was trying to give them an opportunity to service a vehicle I have through them, but I can't be inconvenienced all day.
