They were so friendly, they listened, they were personable, and most importantly we were in and out of there within 15 minutes of pulling in the parking lot. They told us many times that we are welcome to come in whenever we need in between our oil changes for topping of ALL fluids in our vehicle and for tire inflation. They said: "Before a trip, stop in and see us! Free of charge! Or any other time you need fluids or air in your tires! For free!" My two main concerns were price as well as turnaround time. The dealer was quoting at least 3 days and I'm just out of warranty so I get that I'm not exactly going to be a VIP customer. It was a Wednesday morning and I had plans for Friday afternoon. The man that answered told me to bring it in and he'd let me know. I had rear brakes, rotors and a caliper replaced all for a decent price. He also was able to complete it the same day. That was the most exciting part for me. They also do a typical check of all your fluids and topped off my oil. It is safe to say that I have found a go-to place in the Saginaw area.
