While trying to check out the two ladies at the counter had a really hard time stopping their conversation. They were talking how they only had a half hour left and they would be out of there. Then continue to talk about where they were going to go and what place have the best drinks. I noticed an item that my daughter had put up on the counter was buy one get one free so I ask her to get another one, to which the lady gave the other lady a look. I ask her if that upset her. Because obviously I must've upset her because I placed another pack of gum on the counter when she had already rung up the other gum and totaled it. Very rude. What happened to customer service.

It's clean, which is obviously more difficult to maintain when it's larger but somehow they manage to keep it tidy, including the bathrooms There are so many goodies inside! From Mackinac Island fudge, to F'real milkshake/smoothie machine, to ice cream (which was our main purpose for the visit) This is one of those places where the smallest ice cream is 3 scoops of deliciousness. What I really appreciated was the courtesy of the employee who put on the first scoop and asked if I wanted the other 2 scoops, since it was for my child. I appreciated the kindness of the staff and they all seemed to be in good spirits during our visit. Anyway, I quickly agreed, knowing full well she would be sharing with me.
