Farmer's Engraving is a true find! 5 stars times 10! Their customer service is excellent! I have…read moreordered two Revere bowls from them as retirement gifts and as long as co-workers and friends continue to retire from the federal government, I'll order more. The bowls are gorgeous and the engraving is top notch. The best part is the timing. If I were to order from a local jewelry store, the store would have to order; wait to receive and then engrave. Both of my former co-workers have been truly appreciative of the Revere bowls and are thrilled that I have been able to list their former military service and the agencies where they have worked. I'm just hoping that someone orders one for me when I retire. If not, I'll order my own. Thank you Farmer's Engraving for beautiful work, excellent customer service, fast and secure shipping and reasonable costs. You are the best!

Mary is fantastic!! She was very very good at communication and quick to service our needs. Our…read morecompany put me in charge of getting some branded bottles to send out for Christmas. So I looked around and found her and she she had the best prices around and she waved certain fees if you do enough items. It was a little over 30 minutes drive from our office which made me nervous at first but upon delivery she said she would have them done within a week and she delivered! I was so happy with how they looked and we got tons of compliments. She will even teach you about her laser and how it works which is pretty interesting. We did 100 bottles of whiskey and turned out great I would recommend custom laser design for anybody and everybody that needs any type of etching!

I sent Oleg a simple silver tag bracelet to engrave two plates with name top and date on back. One…read morename and date came out well. The other plate had a few issues. The name was off center to the right, there was also a small tool mark. On the back, the date had a large stray graver cut right through the top of the first 2. This 2 did not even match any of the other 2s that he did. When I ask him to redo the engraving. Oleg said that I should go away and he never wants to do business with me ever again. This is the whole email exchange: Me: "Got the braclet. There are a few issues with it. Attached are some pictures. 1) The name Jasper has a scratch from the J. Also the name is both physically and visibly shifted to the right and squished. 2) The first 2 on the date on the back of Jasper has a engraving line right through the top. I would like to send you another silver plate for a redo. Would it be better to machine engrave the date to better match the others?" Oleg: "In this situation, engraving is free. Don't send me your stuff anymore." Me: "I send the new plate tomorrow. " Oleg: "No, I don't want to do business with you." Me: "Why are you saying that you won't fix this job? You, as a professional Jeweler and Master Engraver, are refusing to work with me, because you rushed a job resulting in a faulty engraving? I have not even mentioned the fact that when you did the engraving on the box clasp you damaged it and I had to spend more time to repair it back into working condition. When all is said and done, you'd rather drop me as a client than fix your simple mistakes?" Oleg: ... (the sound of crickets chirping, and a lone wolf howling) My small shop has used Oleg several times a year for about four years and his work has been adequate to excellent, but apparently if you ever criticize even the simplest thing he becomes a drama queen. Honestly having to deal with his ego 3-4 times a year is such a pain that its just not worth it, even when he does a good job. I would rather work with someone that took enough pride in their work that they would at least try to fix a simple issue.

Cherishing Accomplishments & Honoring Memories…read more I just love this place so very much. Everyone who works here is beyond helpful and nice. Further, the expertise and service you get at Crown Trophy is beyond compare. I've come here many times to get 5K medals made - all them spectacular. Recently, I came for something else....something very special. I had a memorial plaque made in honor of my stepfather. He was a true father to my brother and me. My mother was so touched by some of the things we said about him, she asked me to write them down for posterity. I did one better and had the most beautiful piece designed. I couldn't make it back to the store during the weekday, so I called to see if they could ship it to Texas for me. The said, "No problem!" The plaque was expertly packaged and shipped in an extremely timely manner. My mother was in tears today....just waiting to show my brother the beautiful work.

Mr. Joe Sanchez provided an exceptional product in a most efficient manner. I tried to find someone…read morelocal who could engrave a list of duty stations on a plaque for a service retirement shadowbox. Having previously contracted Mr. Sanchez for another project, a custom "no soliciting" sign, which I was very pleased with, I presented my case to Mr. Sanchez exclaiming that all other vendors I had attempted to negotiate this service with would not have the product turned around in time for the ceremony. I apologized for the short-fused request. He accepted the challenge, asked me several questions to work out the details of material, measurements and aesthetics. He had a draft turned around within 12 hours, and by next morning It was done. Result: "OUTSTANDING" He not only captured every detail, but chose materials and texture that I had not accounted for, which added a "pop" to complement the rest of the artifacts associated with the member's service. A job well done Mr. Sanchez! You are now "my guy" that I will be referring to for all matters engraving! Regards, Ramon Cuevas
