On Tuesday, I had a last-minute request when I walked in the door. One of our employees was…read moreretiring, with his last day set for Friday. I met with Lee Ann Martinez in the showroom and asked if they could create a plaque by then. Instead of turning me away with a laugh, she told me to wait while she spoke with their engraver. A few moments later, she returned with an alternative suggestion since an engraved plaque wouldn't be possible in such a short time. She offered a printed plaque using our company logo, showing me a few samples. I chose a gold overlay with a redwood base. She asked me to email her the logo and the text for the plaque, and she would send me a quote. I quickly returned to the office and sent the information. By Wednesday, she contacted me with the invoice, which I paid immediately given the tight timeline. At the time, I didn't realize that another email had come in with a proof for me to review. On Thursday at 2 PM, she sent a follow-up asking me to approve the proof, and that's when I realized I had missed her email in my overflowing inbox! I immediately reviewed and approved it, but I was worried it wouldn't be finished in time, especially since it was my fault for the delay. She assured me they'd notify me when it was ready. Less than 24 hours later, by 11:30 AM the next day, the plaque was ready--and it looked amazing! Our retiree was thrilled with it. I'll definitely be using Crown Trophy again soon. They have a huge selection for any occasion! I'm in a fantasy league and saw some great trophies, medals, and plaques that would make perfect prizes! Thanks again, Lee Ann!

Having previously contracted Mr. Sanchez for another project, a custom "no soliciting" sign, which I was very pleased with, I presented my case to Mr. Sanchez exclaiming that all other vendors I had attempted to negotiate this service with would not have the product turned around in time for the ceremony. I apologized for the short-fused request. He accepted the challenge, asked me several questions to work out the details of material, measurements and aesthetics. He had a draft turned around within 12 hours, and by next morning It was done. Result: "OUTSTANDING" He not only captured every detail, but chose materials and texture that I had not accounted for, which added a "pop" to complement the rest of the artifacts associated with the member's service. A job well done Mr. Sanchez! You are now "my guy" that I will be referring to for all matters engraving! Regards, Ramon Cuevas

Really delightful local jewelry store, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. We've been in a…read morefew times and have consistently been impressed with their inventory of fine jewelry items. We recently bought a replacement bezel for my wife's watch, so yesterday we stopped by to see if they could swap it over for us. When we asked if this was a service they could provide, not only were they friendly and attentive, the jeweler took it to his workbench and returned with the watch sporting its new bezel in only a few minutes. When we asked "how much?", he informed me that there would be no charge. Now I'm not trying to say that they won't charge you for any kind of servicing of your jewelry (our need was a quick & simple one), just that their friendliness and professionalism was exemplary and it has certainly won our future business.

I have never written a bad review in my life. I try to always stay on the bright side and find…read moresomething positive to say. I brought my mothers antique heirloom ring which I inherited when she passed away. 2 small diamond chips had fallen out and there was a slight crack where the band met the diamond. The jeweler said it would be no problem and he would have it done in a week. 10 days later I called. He said he needed to have a different jeweler look at it and he needed to take it to him in Parker. A week later I called and he said he had forgotten to take it to him but he would and get an estimate. A week later I called and he said it would be over $3,000 to fix. I was so confused because initially he said about $500. It was truly 2 small diamond chips that needed replacement. I provided him with new diamond chips. So the orginal ask was to replace the diamonds provided and fix the crack in the band. I said no thank you. I had my best friend pick it up because she lives very close to store. She brought it to me. The ring has been completely sawed in half. It is literally in 2 pieces. I am beside myself not knowing what to do. This man who calls himself a jeweler destroyed my deceased mother's ring. He should not be in business. Do not take your jewelry there. I wish I could give a 0 or a negative but 1 is the lowest star you can give.

I have used these guys for simple things like battery's and resizing rings etc. Never had an issue…read moreand team was always pleasant and competent. I collect unusual timepieces, but I just figured you need to have them service by high end Jewlers like - well lets not name names So my most recent experiences. A Omega Marine chronometer - very obscure piece. I take it to a high end jeweler They send it to Zurich because there the only ones who can work on it. about a year and $400 later I have a new battery which promptly lasts 6 months. So I take it to fast fix and say "doubt you can work on this" Watch guy says I have heard of this but never worked on one let me take a look. So off to Perrys for lunch. 40 minutes later your Omega is done. You opted for the lifetime battery thats $70 . This watch only runs 5-6 month at a time. Brought it in recently as it was dead again. Lunch at Perry's and its working - new battery - no charge. So watch number 2 a 20 year old Rado made of synthetic sapphire/ceramic composite. I manage to break the custom clasp messing with it myself. Tiny parts fly across the room disappearing in my carpet for eternity. Off to two high end Jewlers. - We wont touch that send it to Rado in Switzerland. Be prepared for a huge bill. So on a whim I take it to FF and say what about this? This thing obviously spooked them as they are extremely hard to work on without damaging the bracelet that can cost in the 4 digits to replace. So I say take a look and f you can fix it go for it - entire staff sees this as a challenge. People are looking at it under microscopes to figure out how the original clasped worked. Gauntlet down - back to Perrys. I get a call 90 minutes later well we managed to repair it but we want to make sure your good with the cost of doing so. I as quoted a very reasonable figure that was an order of magnitude less than Rado. Whats shocking is there are no stock parts for this watch. They literally manufactured a tiny compression spring/rod with sub millimeter precision. Why? Because its a interesting piece and we appreciate your enthusiasm for fine watches and a challenge too. To people who say batteries cost a buck why is it so much. Well the sutures the surgeon put in cost a few cents plus some plasma anesthetic etc. Why was a transplant $300000 because there's years of training, supplies electricity, building a hospital and paying its staff. I feel like I got a surgical team on my watch complete with tiny instruments, microscopes, laser cutters and well trained personnel. Do the math - in my case it was WELL worth it. I cant vouch for other locations but I found the service here epic

Only the dial markers were reattached, and now there is no longer time to have the watch repaired before I need to wear it for an event. I could have had it repaired elsewhere in the same amount of time if they had let me know it would not be possible to repair it while it was in their possession. I'm honestly super upset to come back to pay for my watch to be repaired and learn that it still doesn't work. I didn't assume that keeping time was part of the service, I specifically asked for it to be able to keep time as part of the work order. No one called me, no one communicated that this would not be done. Instead they just played with my watch while real professionals could have been repairing it. Very upsetting.
