Total disaster of a business.
Bought a t-shirt for son online, then they sent me emails about a 5 day delay which wasn't actually true, so clearly no attention to customer orders here.
Turned up this morning to pick up the t-shirt and walked into store to find two stinking rubbish bags sitting at the till counter, so clearly no attention to customer facing presentation here.
When I had a chance to look at the t-shirt later it was the wrong colour, and it was a colour they don't even sell so had to take it back, obviously there has been a serious mishap at the factory that no-one has noticed, so clearly no attention to their own product design here.
Walked in and said to the guy (same one from this morning) that I got the wrong t-shirt as it was the wrong colour, his response?
"Really"
Showed the girl at till and asked her what colour she thought it was, she said orange (as it was) and I said so then not the pink it should be, the guy then said oh yeah it is orange, to which I replied "you don't even sell this colour t-shirt" , to which the guy replied no, we don't.
???????, no s**t Sherlock.
Took mine away, came back with a t-shirt in his hands saying they had no more of the one I wanted instead asking if I would like this one as an alternative.
Yeah mate, no problem, I'll take a t-shirt your holding in your grubby hands in exchange for the wrongly printed new in packet t-shirt that you told me would be days late when it wasn't.
These people haven't got a clue what their doing and it is a surprise they have lasted 5 months never mind 5 years.
My son is brand savvy and asked for that specific t-shirt, had I let it go he would have worn it, his mates would have looked it up online, seen a pink polka dot t-shirt and then probably thought he had a fake because his had orange polka dots.
No teenager likes to be accused of wearing fakes.
These people clearly have no idea about the market they are trying to target, brand savvy teens will kill a business they think is trying to mug them off with sub standard goods not as advertised and clearly this t-shirt is a misrepresentation of what is for sale online.
So to the owners of Forty, get your act together please as you come across as total amateur cottage industry folk who just happen to have a fancy shop front.
Resorted to harassing me with emails and voice mails, even contacted a colleague of mine to try and get my poor Google review taken down.
Avoid if you don't want mugged off. read more
