First step arriving on site is pulling up to an "alleyway" with a large scale. Truck and driver would be re-weighed after. Upon queuing up, the back of the truck literally opens up to a large yard of debris while "the claw" picks from the center. Bulldozers enter every other truck to push the debris towards the middle so the claw can pick and dump to a large hopper. Sprinklers are always on at the perimeter and water sprayed to control dust. At first I thought the guy couldn't make up his mind on where I needed to pull the car over in the lot. I didn't realize I was driving on and off the weigh station.
