She sought out a plea bargain for me that back dated my credit for time served so I would get the credit for the year I had already been incarcerated. Come to find out that my plea agreement wasn't lawful or legal. So then after finding out that Oregon department of corrections wouldn't honor my plea agreement me and my family called and called to ask Anna Lasher to simply go to bat for me and get me the credit for time served that she, the prosecuting attorney, and judge all signed off on she blew me and my family off and wouldn't return our calls. Going through these people was a costly decision and the worst decision I've ever made because it cost me an entire year of my life that I will never get back. If you're considering hiring these people or Anna Lasher herself, just save your money because you'll end up needing it while you're in prison anyway. You would have a better chance at winning your case by representing yourself or even hiring someone from your nearest homeless encampment to represent you in court. Absolutely and completely incompetent at their jobs.

Based on the information and confidence he provided during that initial phone call, we decided to move forward with him. Unfortunately, we were led on for nearly two years before going to trial. Throughout that time, Jeff repeatedly told us that we would "get something" from the case. He continued contacting us by phone and email asking for additional information about the situation, and we continued being billed for his time. Nearly a year after the lawsuit began, we met with him once to go over what to expect with the arbitration process. As someone with no prior experience suing anyone or dealing with attorneys, I relied heavily on my attorney to properly prepare and guide us. Unfortunately, that meeting left me with even more questions and did not make me feel prepared for what was ahead. Jeff then sent a junior attorney to handle the arbitration. In our experience, she appeared inexperienced and unprofessional. She essentially sat in the room with us during the arbitration, and we were billed for her time and presence, which was very concerning to us. After nearly two years of legal bills, we finally went to trial. Unfortunately, Jeff did not appear prepared or knowledgeable about our case. During the trial, he stumbled through his presentation and became frustrated. At one point, the judge even told him that he was repeating himself. On the second day of trial, the judge issued a directed verdict, meaning the judge ruled in favor of the other side because our side had not presented enough evidence to support our claim. The outcome was extremely devastating, especially after being told at the beginning that we had a "strong case." After nearly two years, substantial legal fees, stress, and time invested in this case, we were left feeling that we had not received the preparation, guidance, or representation we expected from our attorney. In the end, we walked away with absolutely nothing--except huge legal bills. I am sharing our experience because potential clients deserve to hear what our experience was like before deciding whether to hire Jeff Frasier. Based on our experience, we do not recommend him.

Let me start out stating I was referred to Edward Fu, atty. In August of 2014. I had spent the…read moreprior 8 years caring for my very ill mother, while trying to maintain a full-time career, as well as, attempting to prevent myself from racking up a ton of debt in the process. This did not happen, and I was not proud of it. From the first interaction with Edward, I felt at ease. At no point did I feel judged, persuaded or pressured in any way. He provided me with a clear picture of my options (bankruptcy options), and a kind understanding of my situation. I was in no situation to be able to pay for a bankruptcy in full at that time, so I placed a small retainer, and continued to make payments as I could, once I had made all the payments we would proceed. Little did I know, this was the beginning of a professional relationship that would continue in the future. Jan 2015, I had a surgery that came with multiple complications, as well as, an inability to proceed as I had originally anticipated. Edward continued to remain patient, kind, understanding, and never pressuring. He was still willing to work with me, within my abilities. Fast forward.... To March 22nd, 2018. My family member had passed away, leaving myself, as well as, other family members listed as heirs to his estate. Shortly (within 8 days) of his passing, I was feeling stressed with excessive pressure to get representation, due to the extremely hostile nature of and developing status of the estate. Immediately, my mind went to Edward and our previous interactions. I was now the young age of 30, with no experience dealing with an Estate, Probate, or Inheritance issues, let alone - certain if representation was necessary. If Edward didn't have the answer, he wasn't afraid to admit this, but would quickly respond with a thorough detailed knowledge of my options, the circumstances, and different scenarios after he had researched the issue of concern.
