I asked, "So if it fails on day 11, that's okay?" but received no satisfactory answer. They also insisted, "This is a cheap store - items could break like that," and declared the item non‑refundable, refusing even a store credit. I expressed my disappointment, but was told there was nothing they could do. I stand by their 14‑day return policy and feel this was a clear case of a defective product - one not designed to last - not a matter of changing my mind. I told her it says that price and she said no. Overall, felt like I was lied, next time I will definitely check the prices. I definitely didn't think the same dresses will have different prices and then have that cashier pretty much say, she knows all the prices even though it says differently. This place is a scam! I have been to many Teso stores including the OG Flushing, Queens ones but this one is my favorite. It's very convenient and easy to get to for my Brooklynites. This store is very spacious and neat. My family and I always stop by here for some last minute Asian snacks and drinks before we hit the road. I love that everything is easy to find and the snacks section is huge! There's always something that peeks my interest to try. There are also really cute things that you can find as gifts for family and friends. Love it here!
