First off let's start off by saying the places looked big and kinda was clean hence the fact i only made it to the front desk . The lady at the desk pretty much told me it's a waiting list 20 people ahead of me and to try back later on in the following up an coming month closer to summer , iwas not to happy about that but that was not only the issue i didn't get a chance to take a tour of the daycare nor was i really provided quality information to even consider the daycare.

I have had little to no issues and anytime an issue has arose the leadership team have been very helpful and responsive. They are very communicative in the procare app. My son was in the 2 year old and 3 year old classes . They did an okay job of uploading pictures and meals . It was about 20 kids per 2 teachers pretty standard of any daycare . He now attends Georgia Pre-k and enjoys it . My daughter does before and after care school and she also take the bus to school and is dropped off from school to this location. I have not had any issues concerning her missing the bus or getting to the bus in a timely manner . She enjoys the center a lot . Overall I am pleased with the care that they receive from the direction of the leadership staff as well as the staff taking care of the children . I am very grateful to know they are in safe hands and I don't have to worry too much besides the typical mom worry lol. I would recommend this daycare if you are in the area.

The place looked sort of kinda clean it was two ladies at the desk one seemed to not really care of my presence which was a older lady and then it was a young girl. The older woman asked her to help me out and she sort of kinda was able to. First things first was the tour the young lady was able to take me on a tour to see the 15 month old room and provide me with a information on what i might need for my child well being in the classroom part of there recommendations such as a the basic , diapers , wipes , a change of clothes and a blanket pretty simple if you ask me. Then i asked her a few more questions not all that she could answer but she did her best. I'm interested in finding out more about the daycare but unfortunately it's also some kinda wait.

If you have a concern it will not be addressed properly or professionally especially if you are not friends with the management. There is NO PROPER LATE POLICY and they can WITHDRAW YOUR CHILD FOR ANY REASON. THE TEACHERS EVEN COMPLAINED THAT MANAGEMENT DOES NOT COMMUNICATE WITH THEM. My child's teacher didn't even know she was withdrawn! Sandi Bryant, the director, and her superior regional director,Hope Anderson are two prejudice and lack luster employees of Cadence Education. I was running late on my birthday 10-24 and was called at 6:06pm by Sandi Bryant. I informed her of my location and that I would arrive shortly. She proceeds speaking to me in a condescending tone stating I need to call if I'm going to be late. I replied agreeing that if I were to be late again I would make sure to call. She responds frantically stating there may not be a next time because my child will be suspended. I asked her why would she be suspended when there's a late fee penalty of $1 per min. This was my 3rd time being late since august... her response was "this shouldn't have happened more than once!" If you are a working mother then you understand this happens occasionally and the last thing you need is a disgruntled employee taking their frustrations out on you because she has to stay late everyday. News flash‼ parents are late sometimes. We are in a populated area where traffic is extreme at times. Where is my grace as a parent?? Especially since I am going to be charged a fee anyway!!! I contacted HOPE ANDERSON who had zero urgency to even respond to my initial complaint. She did not respond UNTIL I THREATENED W/THE MEDIA. She was of no assistance and only further perpetuated the discrimination. She took the side of Sandi instead of actually investigating. I was told my child was withdrawn bc I had been late even though each occurrence was over 30 days from the last and because I had to be "called" for payments. There's no proof that they have EVER called due to a late payment especially when the TADPOLES app SENDS A PAYMENT REMINDER IN THE APP AUTOMATICALLY. Their policy states if no payment by Tuesday the child can not continue. My child NEVER missed a week. So how are those JUSTIFICATIONS for withdrawal?? THIS DAY CARE does NOT CARE ABOUT BLACK AND BROWN CHILDREN. I called CADENCE EDUCATION (headquarters)in Scottsdale's Arizona to make a complaint... No one answered from ANY DEPARTMENT nor did they return my messages. Here is proof that HOPE ANDERSON ONLY RESPONDED WHEN THREATENED WITH MEDIA ATTENTION.

I called the school immediately to follow up. I asked for Maria the assistant director, I was told she wasn't available at the moment. I told the person that answered the phone what the matter was and please have her return my call immediately. She called me back she stated she had talk to both Miss Kim and Miss Rita. Miss Kim stated she didn't hit her. I told Maria I would call her back. Instead of calling back I waited until Monday December 12th to speak to someone in person. When I got to Childcare network I asked for Maria. I was told she was in the classroom assisting another teacher. I walked to the back to find her. I found her in another classroom. I waited for her to come out, I asked if I could talk with her and the teachers about the incident. She said yes, but I already told you on Friday that she said she didn't hit your daughter. We headed towards the class my daughters in and the lead teacher was in the classroom. I asked the Miss Rita if I could talk with her and she stepped out in the hall. I asked Maria if my daughter could be moved to another classroom she told me no that she couldn't be moved. I said to her my child gets slapped by one of your teachers and she can't be accommodated. My daughter grabbed on to me and told Maria she was scared and she didn't wanna go in the classroom. Maria shut the classroom door on us and went and sat down. I end up talking to the Miss Rita and she said she didn't see the incident because she was out of the classroom. Then she went back into the classroom. Maria came out walking fast avoiding me. I caught up with her and I asked her for the district manager's number. She stated she had to find it. We go back up front she looking all over the desk and the wall. Looking crazy and lost looking for the number. Looking all out the door. I should have recorded her. I looked on the wall and I saw paper posted that said chain of command. I asked her was that the number she said yes. She acted like she didn't want me to find that number nor give it to me. I call the district manager of course she didn't answer. I left her a message to call me back. I asked Maria can I see camera footage she stated they don't have camera's. I talked with Miss Kim about the incident between her and my daughter. She explained that my daughter was touching the wall and about to tear art work off the wall and she was trying to stop her. I really don't buy that because my child doesn't tear anything off the wall at home and she is not a bad child and she doesn't give anyone any trouble. She said she grabbed her by her shoulder and moved her from the wall and may have back handed her or accident and didn't realize it. She apologized to my daughter. If she had or tore the art work it could have been taped back together. Art work doesn't have feelings my 4 year old does. So the district manager finally called me back. Basically she apologized for what happened and stated an incident never happened with those teachers. To basically give their school another chance. But this isn't the first incident that I have had with the teacher. The district manager went on to say when she got my report that I'm the same mom that made a report last time. So what. When I don't see things going correctly at a school I will report it. I don't recommend this school after all me and my child had to deal with. The last person I expect to place their hand on my daughter would be a teacher. This should be an atmosphere where students should come and learn and have fun with their peers. the last thing they should be having to worry about is a teacher attacking.
