The location does not do a good job training their staff for basic medical emergencies. For example, my child started having a seizure and her teachers were standing around not doing a thing. Luckily my wife, who is a nurse, showed up and was able to take charge of the situation. My son started having behavioral issues, after been moved up to a class that had too many students, instead of working with us to resolve the issue, they would call us at work and demand that we pick him up. The calls became so frequent that we had to remove him from the daycare and put in another daycare (he's doing fine in the new daycare). At this point we have been at the daycare for 5 years and have consistently paid them on time every month. Recently, we had a billing discrepancy, they were staying we didn't pay for a week of daycare, my wife spoke with the director (who is no longer there) and was told that she would reach out to their accounting department to resolve the issue. Turns out that she never reached out to the accounting department and they are now telling us that we are delinquent and they are going to kick my kids out of the school. Keep in mind, this course of action is being taken against parents who have been paying on time for the last 5 years... Bottom line, save yourself time, money, and major headaches by NOT putting your child in this daycare.

They are very communicative in the procare app. My son was in the 2 year old and 3 year old classes . They did an okay job of uploading pictures and meals . It was about 20 kids per 2 teachers pretty standard of any daycare . He now attends Georgia Pre-k and enjoys it . My daughter does before and after care school and she also take the bus to school and is dropped off from school to this location. I have not had any issues concerning her missing the bus or getting to the bus in a timely manner . She enjoys the center a lot . Overall I am pleased with the care that they receive from the direction of the leadership staff as well as the staff taking care of the children . I am very grateful to know they are in safe hands and I don't have to worry too much besides the typical mom worry lol. I would recommend this daycare if you are in the area.

On my initial tour, one of the main topics I wanted discussed was how the facility handles children on the spectrum. I was assured by the director who gave us the tour, the instructors and staff were certified to handle children with ASD. Unfortunately I learned after paying and my daughter attending, that in fact they were not equipped to handle her behaviors and outbursts. I tried on several occasions, in the two weeks I had her there, to set appointments with the directors and the instructor, to figure out a plan to help guide my child. Never happened. One appointment they were a no show. The next I never got a call back. The administration has little regard for parent concerns. The staff has little to no communication. If you are looking for a place that cares, for the money they charge, I would look elsewhere.
