We took the moment to reach out to the school today because after over a year and a half of our son…read moreparticipating in the program we saw quite a few set backs with moral issues with our son.  We talked with the "Manager" about our concerns and advised them that if we did not see an improvement in these areas that they "Teach" we would look elsewhere for our son.  Instead of addressing the issue he advised that our contract renewed and we would have to pay through the end of the current contract 7 months from now.  This should speak volume about the integrity of this location and what they are teaching.  That it is more important to make a buck vs the lessons they are teaching our children.

The property is a nice size, but you do circle around a few times. We got to go different speeds and terrains during the ride. Jessica and her husband were very friendly and knowledgeable. They do emotional exercises to help the kids learn and express their feelings, and the communication with parents is amazing. They use ProCare to share updates and photos throughout the day, which I really appreciate. The staff puts so much effort into what they do, and the organization is incredible. Enrollment was easy--I scheduled a tour online, called, and met with Genie, who was so warm and welcoming. I love Genie! The teachers and staff are consistent, so my kids see the same familiar, caring faces every day and are able to build real bonds. On my initial tour, one of the main topics I wanted discussed was how the facility handles children on the spectrum. I was assured by the director who gave us the tour, the instructors and staff were certified to handle children with ASD. Unfortunately I learned after paying and my daughter attending, that in fact they were not equipped to handle her behaviors and outbursts. I tried on several occasions, in the two weeks I had her there, to set appointments with the directors and the instructor, to figure out a plan to help guide my child. Never happened. One appointment they were a no show. The next I never got a call back. The administration has little regard for parent concerns. The staff has little to no communication. If you are looking for a place that cares, for the money they charge, I would look elsewhere.
