Fast forward to today and I am glad to report I got one of the best & most thorough cleaning's I've had in a long time! Kudos to the hygienist for being so detail oriented and professional. However, today I had an experience where Dr. Wallace and his staff really went above and beyond that I really wanted to share. I had a filling come out last Friday, and when I called Monday morning to book an appointment, was told that I would be seen for diagnosis only, and the treatment would have to be scheduled in at a later date. You can imagine my surprise when upon looking at the tooth Dr. Wallace said he could take care of it today. He and his assistant got me very well numbed, got the filling replaced and got me out of there in less than 40 minutes. Thanks to them I am now pain free again AND was able to still make it in to work on time today. They easily could have scheduled me to come back at a later time, and their willingness to do this today made such a difference in my life this week.
